Shaping Our Year Together
As incoming President, one of the things I shared at our recent Strategy Summit was that this year is not about trying to do everything — it is about building alignment, consistency, and momentum around what matters most for our chapter.
Last week, the incoming EO Kenya Board came together for a powerful day of discussion, challenge, and collaboration as we shaped the foundations for the year ahead. Expertly facilitated by our own Kuki Shah, the summit created space for honest conversations around where we are as a chapter, where we want to go, and how we get there together.
What stood out most to me was the incredible commitment, ownership, and energy shown by every single board member. There is genuine excitement for what lies
ahead, and a clear willingness from the team to roll up their sleeves and build something meaningful together.
The summit also brought real clarity around three core priorities for the year ahead: strengthening member experience, driving disciplined and intentional growth, and building operational excellence across the chapter. While we will share more on the full strategy in June, there is already a strong sense of momentum and alignment behind where we are heading.
I left the day feeling incredibly optimistic about the future of EO Kenya — and I truly believe some amazing things are ahead for our chapter.
