EO KENYA RENEWALS NOTICE FY 2026 - 2027
Dear EO Kenya Members,
On behalf of the EO Kenya Board, we want to express our gratitude for your contribution to the Chapter during the current year and trust that this year has been a fulfilling one in your EO journey. The Board invites you to renew your membership for the year 2026/2027 and this notice provides guidance on the renewal process.
Invoices will be issued on May 4th, 2026 to members who have submitted all the forms in compliance with the renewal process.
Income Verification and Grace Application Forms
All members are required to submit Income Verification Forms confirming that each member meets the turnover criteria ($ 1 million) and that the business is a qualifying business.
Please note:
1) From July 2022, members who have been with the Chapter for 10 years and are in good standing are not required to be assessed annually for turnover or qualifying criteria.
2) New members who have joined the Chapter from January 1st, 2026 are not required to re-submit income verification forms.
Any member who does not meet the turnover or qualifying criteria can request a one-year grace period based on the recommendation to the Board by the Forum Moderator and the Membership Chair. Subsequently, a member may request an extension to the Board on the recommendation of the Forum Moderator and the Membership Chair of a grace period for another two years. This extension is granted annually on the basis that the member continues to add value to the Chapter and the Forum as an entrepreneur and that the
extension and the support from EO will enable the member to meet the turnover and qualifying criteria at the end of the grace period.
Kindly note that the provision of incorrect information on the meeting of the qualifying criteria will result in instant disqualification from membership with no refund on the membership dues paid for the year.
Member Commitment Forms
All members (including tenured members) are required to commit and adhere to the EO Governance documents by providing consent in respect to use of personal data provided by EO.
We kindly request that all forms are completed and sent to the EO Kenya administration team at manager@eokenya.org and assist@eokenya. org no later than April 30th, 2026. The 2026/2027 membership will not be renewed if these forms are not received by the stated deadline.

The journey itself was no joke — nearly 60 hours door-to-door to get back home. And yet, not for a second did it feel like a burden. Because what we experienced there… was TRANSFORMATIONAL.
Not the overused kind of “transformational.”
The real kind — the one that quietly rearranges how you see:
• Leadership at work
• Your role in your family
• Your relationship with yourself
• Your impact on your community
It doesn’t just give you tools. It changes your lens.
The members? Just incredible. Warm. Open. Real.
Within days — actually, within hours — barriers disappeared. Titles dropped. Masks came off.
We went deep. Like 1% deep.
The kind of conversations where:
• Stories are shared without filters
• Vulnerability becomes strength
• And connection feels almost spiritual
Honestly, next level doesn’t even do it justice.
And then there was Uluru itself…

On 26th March, EO Kenya’s tenured members gathered at Gochi Sake & Dining for an evening that was never going to be about the food — though the food was extraordinary.
Chef Takumi, who has become a friend over time, created a bespoke menu just for us, and paired each course with sake imported specially for the occasion. That kind of generosity doesn’t come from a business transaction. It comes from relationship. It set the tone for everything that followed.
My forum is called Ubuntu. It’s not just a name — it’s how we see ourselves. I am because we are. That evening, standing in front of the people who built and sustained this chapter, it felt like the same truth at a larger scale. My EO journey started because of my forum. And my forum exists because of a chapter that our tenured members chose to invest in, year after year.
Tenured membership isn’t a certificate. It’s a record of showing up — for the chapter, for each other, through the years when it was inconvenient and the years when it mattered most. What surprised no one who was there was how easily the conversation flowed. Old connections, picked up mid-sentence. That deserved acknowledgment. That deserved an evening like this — good food, rare sake, and the chance to simply be together again.
To everyone who came: thank you. I am because we are.
