PushPastImpossible™

In this powerful session, delegates will learn how to reframe extreme uncertainty as an opportunity for growth, drawing on the mindset principles required to survive and perform in the world’s most hostile environments. Through compelling storytelling and practical reflection, participants will gain mental tools to lead under pressure, build resilience through disciplined habits, and shift from comfort-driven decisions to courage-driven action.

PushPastImpossible™ reminds EO leaders that resilience is

not built when it’s convenient. It is forged when conditions are uncertain, uncomfortable, and demanding. The same mindset that survives the world’s coldest oceans can help leaders make bolder decisions, strengthen teams, and build businesses that endure beyond challenging seasons.

At its core, this session challenges a simple idea: impossible is rarely a fact. It is often a story we tell ourselves.

Rewrite the story. Redefine your limits. Lead beyond what you thought possible

10:00am to 12:00pm

Followed by relaxed social session. a
