Looking back, how would you describe your journey in EO so far?

Looking back, my journey in EO has been one of deep personal growth as much as entrepreneurial growth. I joined at a stage where I was scaling businesses, but more importantly, I was learning how to scale myself — as a leader, a partner, and a human being. EO gave me a safe space to be honest about the pressures, doubts, and trade-offs that come with entrepreneurship, without needing to have all the answers. Over time, it’s helped me be present, reflect more intentionally, and have wider perspectives — not just for my companies, but for my family and myself. It’s been less about tactics and more about perspective, joy, and learning that I don’t have to carry everything alone.

What kind of value have you gained from these events?

When did you join EO, and what stage of life or business were you in at the time?

I joined EO just after turning 30, at a moment when both my personal life and my entrepreneurial life were stretching into a new season of growth. Everything was expanding — responsibility, ambition, pressure, and identity — and I needed a space that could hold all of it

Which international learning events or EO global programs have you attended?

What first encouraged you to attend your first international learning event?

In one or two sentences, what does EO mean to you today?

EO is a trusted space where I can show up fully as a human being — and gain perspective, clarity, and grounding from others who truly understand the journey.

What has been the single biggest value EO has brought into your life?

The single biggest value EO has brought into my life is perspective. It gave me a trusted space where I can be fully honest about the highs and lows of an entrepreneur — without judgment, advice, or performance. Hearing others navigate similar struggles helped me realize that many of the challenges I carry are not personal failures, but part of the shared entrepreneurial experience. That perspective has made me a calmer person, a more present partner and parent, and more intentional about how I create things.

Any final message you’d like to share with the EO Kenya community?

One of the ways we justify our existence is by creating and building. Cheers to all of you who are in the arena doing exactly that.
