Quarryville Lions Club has announced that the Huffnagle Park Concert Series will return this summer. At 7 p.m. on the second Saturday of each month from June to September, different bands will perform live at Huffnagle Park, 20 Oak Lane, Quarryville. The performers will be Flipside Big Band on June 12, Summit Hill Bluegrass on July 10, Seasons Celtic Band on Aug. 14, and Ryan Mayersky on Sept. 11.

Arts And Crafts Show Planned Indian Steps Museum, 205 Indian Steps Road, Airville, will host an arts and crafts show on Saturday, June 5, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The community is invited to attend. The show will feature Native American thread work and beaded jewelry, wooden craft items, Peach Bottom slate items, dream catchers, chainmaille jewelry, knitted and crocheted items, paintings, fused glass pendants, stained glass, etched jewelry, Native drums, Native baskets, Plein Air painting, native plants, and more. The Flipside Big Band is directed by Howard Boots, and the guest vocalist will be Erin Biles, vocal music teacher at Solanco High School. The trumpet solo on “Bye Bye Blackbird” will be performed by Gary Doll, retired instrumental music teacher at Solanco High School. Summit Hill Bluegrass is from southeastern Pennsylvania. The band plays bluegrass, gospel, and a variety of other genres. Seasons Celtic Band is comprised of siblings Mary-Kate Spring, Peter Winter, Mary-Teresa Summer, Mary-Grace Autumn, and MaryClare Chun Lee. These siblings create a fusion of Celtic and roots music on harp, hammered dulcimer, mandolin, fiddle, and more. The awardwinning band has been featured on both national radio and television, and it has recorded six albums. Two of the members have competed in the All-Ireland musician competitions on their respective instruments, and the band performs frequently in concert series and at music festivals such as Celtic Fling, the Kutztown Folk Festival, and Music on the Mountain. Mayersky is a country artist from Lancaster. He began singing and playing guitar in 2002 and was the lead guitarist and vocalist for the bands Dorcas and To Begin Amor. To Begin Amor performed regularly at the
Camp GOTR will take place on Monday, June 21, through Friday, June 25, at LCBC Lancaster City at Liberty Place, 313 W. Liberty St., Lancaster. Camp will run from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and drop-off will be from 8 to 8:30 a.m. Camp GOTR combines Girls on the Run activities and ideas with all the fun of camp. Throughout the week, campers will build, create, write, discuss, connect, and laugh all while participating in games and activities designed to leave them feeling confident and appreciated by their teammates. Campers must be entering the third through fifth grades in the fall to be eligible for
