he Middletown First Church of God will host its second annual Christmas in July event on Saturday, July 30, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event is designed to give community members an opportunity to get their Christmas shopping done early and to purchase some unique gifts not available in stores. The shopping event will be held outdoors on the church grounds near the picnic pavilion. Craft and gift vendors of all kinds will have items for sale. “Vendors are from all over the local region from York to Reading - some from as far away as two hours,” noted event organizer Fred Flury. “The craft vendors make a broad variety of items.
