Change is in the air at Elizabethtown Community Housing and Outreach Ser vices (ECHOS), and the organization is eager to spread the news. A new executive director, Ashley Bulley, was hired in May to lead the nonprofit. The public is invited to meet Bulley and learn more about ECHOS at an open house on Monday, June 17. The event will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at 105 E. Washington St., Elizabethtown. Prior to joining ECHOS, Bulley spent nine years working for Girl Scouts, most recently serving as chief operating officer for Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay. She has extensive experience in overseeing operations and handling change management. “I am honored to have the opportunity to lead the crucial
