EDITOR’S INTRODUCTION

1 ST YEAR ANNIVERSARY

We are thrilled to announce the first anniversary of EmpowHer Non-Profit Association! Since our inception in April 2024, we have embarked on an incredible journey of empowerment and support for women across Sydney’s diverse community.

The Birth of Rhodes EmpowHer

Just over three weeks ago, I felt a calling to do more for women beyond the Prestige Market event. I reached out to my incredible partner, Jennifer Dixon, Vice President of EmpowHer Sydney Inc., whose dedication has been invaluable.

Our journey began with just the two of us. At our first event on a Tuesday, April 2024, at 10 AM, we welcomed 40 women—an amazing turnout that exceeded our expectations, thanks to a simple post on the Rhodes Community Facebook page and Eventbrite. From that day, incredible things have happened!

Over the past year, we have hosted more than 20 events, creating safe spaces for women to connect, share experiences, and uplift one another. From social gatherings to networking opportunities for local entrepreneurs, our initiatives have focused on fostering community.

As we celebrate this milestone, we are excited to unveil our new EmpowHer

Sydney Inc. logo, a powerful symbol of our mission. This logo highlights the strength of women, featuring a central “HER” that represents unity and forward momentum. The vibrant pink color reflects our commitment to inspiring all women, while the circular shape symbolises inclusivity and community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to every member and volunteer who has supported our mission of diversity and inclusion. Your efforts have made this journey possible, and we look forward to continuing our work together. Stay tuned for more enriching programs and initiatives, including the launch of our first EmpowHER magazine in November 2024!

Thank you for being part of this empowering journey. Together, we can achieve even greater heights and collaboration. We have also organised workshops on essential topics such as health awareness and mental well-being, alongside fundraising events for causes like the Cancer Council and R U OK? mental health initiatives.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to McDonald’s Rhodes for their unwavering support to EmpowHer Sydney Inc, over the past 12 months. Their generous contributions with catering and supporting our lucky draw events have been invaluable in helping achieve our goals.

We are excited to announce an official partnership with McDonald’s Rhodes for the EmpowHer initiative 2025/26, which is to bring the community together, foster kindness and support one another.

Summer Skincare Tips for Every Age

Clear Skin, Happy Summer: Why Pore Care Matters in Your 20s and 30s

Wonderlab can create a personalised summer skincare plan just for you.

In your 20s and 30s, your skin faces new challenges. Hormonal fluctuations, environmental stress, and lifestyle choices all impact how your skin looks and feels. Summer weather in Australia, with its heat, humidity, and extra sun exposure, can exacerbate these issues. That’s why developing good skincare habits early is crucial – and pore care should be a priority.

Why Focus on Your Pores?

Pores are essential for your skin’s health, but they can easily become clogged with oil, sweat, and sunscreen, especially in warmer months. Clogged pores can lead to blackheads, whiteheads, and even acne. A proper routine keeps pores clear, minimizing their appearance and helping your skin stay smooth and healthy.

4 Steps for Healthy Pores This Summer

1. Cleanse Gently but Thoroughly

‘Choose a face wash that removes sweat, oil, and dirt without stripping your skin of its natural moisture. Cleanse morning and night, and always double-cleanse if you’re wearing sunscreen or makeup.

2. Exfoliate Without Overdoing It

Regular exfoliation clears away dead skin cells that can block pores. Opt for gentle, non-abrasive exfoliants and limit use to 1–2 times a week to avoid irritation.

3. Incorporate Pore-Focused Tools

Tools like a cleansing brush or pad can give your skin an extra boost, helping to dislodge stubborn dirt and oil that regular washing might miss.

4. Protect and Renew

Summer sun can cause dehydration and damage, making your pores more noticeable. Use a lightweight sunscreen during the day and a hydrating cream with ingredients like Retinaldehyde at night to support your skin’s renewal.

Building Healthy Habits for the Future

Taking care of your skin now pays off in the long run. Clear pores not only help you avoid breakouts but also create the foundation for healthy, glowing skin as you age. Make pore care part of your self-care routine, and let your skin shine this summer!

Age 40s - 50s

Nourish & Firm started Focus: Boosting collagen, reducing fine lines, and strengthening the skin barrier.

1. Upgrade to a more nourishing cream

Look for peptides, squalane, and niacinamide to deeply hydrate and firm.

2. Add a retinol or bakuchiol

These ingredients help with cell turnover and keep fine lines at bay.

3. Protect your skin barrier

Use hydrating toners and avoid harsh cleansers that can dry you out.

4. Double up on hydration

Try layering a hydrating serum underneath your moisturiser for extra glow.

Pro tip:

Consider in-clinic treatments like LED light therapy, hyaluronic facials, or microcurrent sessions to revive skin.

Age 60s & Beyond

Soothe & Strengthen Focus: Deep hydration, skin resilience, and comfort.

1. Choose rich, creamy moisturisers

Look for ingredients like shea butter, omega fatty acids, and ceramides.

2. Use a gentle, non-foaming cleanser

Keep your skin’s natural oils intact.

3. Layer hydration

Apply a serum first, then moisturiser, and finish with a facial oil to seal everything in.

4. Target thinning skin

Growth factor serums or collagen-supporting ingredients can help keep skin plump and strong.

Pro tip:

Great time for a deeply nourishing facial or a soothing lymphatic drainage massage to reduce puffiness and improve circulation.

No matter your age, skincare is about protecting, hydrating, and being kind to your skin. Your skin is with you for life – take care of it with love.

If you’re unsure where to start, book a skin consultation with one of our skin specialists from Wonderlab on 1300 287 268, we’ll create a personalised summer skincare plan just for you.

Finding Light in the Frame

My Journey Through Photography, Vision Loss, and Purpose

In 2018, I packed my dreams and moved to Sydney from overseas to study photography. At 45, I was a mature-age student stepping into a university classroom, ready to embrace the creative world I had always been passionate about. Those were exciting times — I was doing what I loved, capturing moments through my lens, and truly living my dream.

However, life had an unexpected twist in store for me. In my first year of college, I was diagnosed with Stargardt’s disease, a genetic eye condition that causes the loss of central vision, which is crucial for seeing details. It was a devastating diagnosis, especially for someone whose craft depended on precision and sight. But I was determined not to let it stop me. I continued my studies, completed my degree, and built a career in photography—focusing on events, documentary, and portrait photography.

Through hard work and passion, I earned the photograph of the year 2020 for my College exhibition and later, I was recognised as one of Australia’s Top 30 Emerging Photographers (Documentary) in 2021 by the Mono awards. I started sharing my knowledge by running photography workshops, helping others refine their skills. But as the years passed, my vision deteriorated further. The fine details that were once so clear became increasingly difficult to see.

To ensure financial stability while continuing my photography, I took a job at Apple. However, as my condition progressed, reading small print, serial numbers, and

How I read read

model details became too challenging. I eventually had to leave the role, facing the reality that my vision loss was changing the course of my life.

Understanding Stargardt’s Disease

Stargardt’s disease is a genetic eye disorder that affects people of all ages, causing progressive central vision loss. It doesn’t lead to total blindness, but it makes tasks like reading, recognising faces, and seeing fine details difficult. Many people assume low vision means total blindness, but vision impairment exists on a spectrum, and each person experiences it differently. While my peripheral vision remains intact, I have learned to navigate the world through adaptation and resilience. To give you an example, I have to look above your head to see where your eyes are. Or to the side of your head. It depends on where I am and what I’m trying to see. If I look at your face, it’s a total blur. The pic below will show you what I mean.

Choosing Purpose Over Defeat

At this crossroads, I had a choice — I could retreat into isolation and frustration, or I could find a way to help others facing similar struggles. I chose the latter. I became a volunteer with the Macular Disease Foundation Australia, joining their Mac Mates program. Every week, I call individuals living with macular degeneration, guiding them toward available resources, helping them understand their condition, and

simply being a friend. Most of the people I speak to are between 70 and 90 years old, with my youngest caller being 52 and my eldest 93. Some conversations last 15 minutes; others go on for two hours. Many just want someone to talk to, and I am grateful to be that person.

The fulfilment I get from volunteering is immeasurable — it gives me purpose, keeps me grounded, and teaches me invaluable life lessons from those who have lived through decades of experiences.

Embracing a Positive Mindset

Rather than dwelling on what I lost, I focused on what I could still offer. My experiences led me to explore new ways to help people, so I became a certified life coach, hypnotist, NLP practitioner, and Matrix therapist. I now use my knowledge to encourage others, helping them develop a mindset that lifts them up instead of pulling them down.

A positive mindset has been my anchor throughout this journey. It has allowed me to transition from photography to coaching, from losing sight to gaining clarity in purpose. Life throws challenges at us, but how we respond makes all the difference. By shifting focus from limitations to possibilities, we open doors to new opportunities—ones we may never have considered before.

My story is not just about vision loss; it’s about transformation, resilience, and the power of human connection. Whether through a camera lens, a phone call to someone in need, or a coaching session, I continue to find ways to capture the essence of life—just in a different way than I originally imagined. And in many ways, that has been the greatest vision of all.

Creations

Balloons are a timeless party favourite, but did you know they can be used for more than just event decoration?

Whether you’re preparing for that special occasion such as birthdays, wedding, or a gift to your loved ones. Today I’m going to show you how we can do a simple balloon bouquet perfect for to show how much you love your mum or loved one.

DIY Balloon Bouquet: Perfect for Special Occasions

why not elevate your bouquet of flowers with balloons. You can mix different shapes and colours to match your theme.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Inflate Your Balloons

Use a balloon pump or hand pump if you do not have the budget for a balloon pump machine to inflate your balloons. If you’re using latex balloons, make sure to leave some extra space at the end to allow for easy tying. For foil balloons, be careful not to overinflate them, as they can easily burst.

Step 2: Create the Bouquet Base

Assemble the balloons into the balloon sticks. Tie the end of each balloon to a stick and arrange them together to form the bouquet.

Step 3: Assemble Your Bouquet

Arrange your balloons in a bouquet-like fashion, placing larger balloons in the center and smaller ones around the edges for a layered effect. Don’t be afraid to get creative with your arrangement! You can twist and turn the balloons slightly to give them movement and dimension.

Step 4: Secure the Bouquet

Once you’re happy with your arrangement, it’s time to secure everything in place with a 260 bloon or just use balloon ribbon or string to keep it in place. Wrap the bouquet around with floral paper or use a brown paper bag to wrap your bouquet and secure it with a ribbon.

Base Step 5: Personalise the Bouquet

Make your bouquet truly special by adding apersonalised note or a gift tag that sayssomething heartfelt to your mum. You couldalso include her favorite chocolates or small treats around the base of the bouquet for athoughtful surprise. For this design I have donea vinyl print and put it on the balloon.

Navigating Job Interviews Tips for Success

Job interviews can often feel overwhelming. Here are some strategies to help you excel in your next one.

Understand the Role and Company

Preparation is essential. Start by gaining a deep understanding of the job and the organisation. Carefully review the job description, jot down notes, and formulate questions to ask during your meeting. Explore the company’s website and LinkedIn profile for additional insights.

Don’t forget to familiarise yourself with your resume. Many candidates stumble because they aren’t fully aware of what’s on their own application. Knowing your resume inside and out will help you respond confidently.

Make a Strong First Impression

Interviewers typically form their opinions in the first few minutes, so it’s crucial to present yourself well. If your interview is in person, aim to arrive a few minutes early. A firm handshake and maintaining eye contact will set a positive tone. For virtual interviews, ensure your technology isfunctioning properly ahead of time. Clear any distractions from your background or use a virtual backdrop.

During the interview, focus on the camera when speaking to simulate eye contact, and avoid reading from notes or looking away.

Craft Your Introduction

achievements rather than simply recapping your resume. Use this opportunity to share your story and include relevant details that aren’t listed on your application.

Anticipate Behavioural Questions

Interviews may include technical or behavioural questions. Behavioural questions are designed to assess your work style and problem-solving abilities. The interviewer may present a hypothetical scenario and ask how you would respond. Before answering, take a moment to consider the question and what skills the interviewers assessing. Are they interested in your time management skills or your conflict resolution abilities? Prepare by recalling specific examples from your career that demonstrate your strengths, allowing you to answer with confidence.

Follow Up After the Interview

At the end of the interview, inquire about the next steps and timelines. As you leave, thank the interviewer for their time and express your enthusiasm for the position.

Preparation is Key to Interview Success

Align Your Resume with the Role

Include Required Checks

If the role requires a Working with Children (WWC) check or a Police check, make sure to mention this on your resume.

Know Your Resume

Review your resume thoroughly, as interviewers often refer to it during discussions. Bring a copy with you to the interview for easy reference.

Research the Company

Familiarise yourself with the company by exploring their social media, Google, and LinkedIn. Be prepared to share interesting facts, such as the size of their workforce or the location of their head office. Knowing about their products and where they’re manufactured can also impress your interviewer.

Understand Company Values and Culture

Look into the company’s business values and culture. This knowledge will help you align your answers with their expectations.

Contact Your Referees

Ask your referees if they’re comfortable being contacted. Choose previous employers or professional contacts rather than friends or family.

Punctuality is Crucial

Aim to arrive 15 minutes early to the interview to show your commitment.

Dress Professionally

Even if the role isn’t in a corporate environment, ensure your appearance is tidy, clean, and professional.

Exude Professionalism

Maintain a positive attitude throughout the interview. Smile and engage with the interviewer to create a friendly atmosphere.

Common Interview Questions

Why Did You Leave Your Last Role?

Avoid discussing any negative experiences with former employers. Focus on positive reasons like returning to work after caring for children, seeking a role that aligns better with your goals, or looking for fulltime opportunities after a break.

Why Are You the Best Fit for This Role?

Express your interest in the position and highlight why your skills make you a great match.

Handling Challenges

Prepare Questions

The opening question is often, “Tell us about yourself.” This is your chance to showcase your personality and

Make sure your resume reflects the criteria of the position. Highlight relevant skills and experiences. If you don’t have a LinkedIn profile, consider creating one, or update your existing profile to match your resume.

Think about what you want to know regarding the role and the company’s expectations. This shows your interest and engagement.

Active Listening

Listen carefully to the interviewer’s questions. Show interest in their responses and ask clarifying questions if needed.

Communication Skills

Be clear and direct in your answers. If something isn’t clear, don’t hesitate to ask for clarification. Taking notes during the interview can also help you remember important details for later.

Be Ready for Tests

Depending on the job, you may be asked to complete a task or test—such as a finance assessment—so be prepared.

Plan Your Journey

Check the interview address a day in advance and plan how long it will take to get there. If you’re feeling nervous, consider doing a trial run.

Be ready to share examples of how you dealt with difficult tasks, employees, or customers.

Discuss Your Strengths

Mention strengths relevant to the role, such as working well under pressure, being empathetic, or enjoying busy environments.

Accomplishments

Prepare to discuss what you’ve achieved in previous roles and how those experiences relate to the new position.

Salary Expectations

If salary hasn’t been discussed yet, be open about what you believe your skills and experience are worth.

BUSINESS PRESENTATION Creating a Elevator Pitch

An elevator pitch is a concise and compelling summary of an idea, product, or personal value proposition that can be delivered in about 30-60 seconds, roughly the time of an elevator ride.

Here’s a structured approach to creating an effective elevator pitch.

1. Why an Elevator Pitch Matters

Helps you make a strong first impression. Useful for networking, job interviews, and pitching ideas. Showcases your value quickly and clearly.

2. Structure of a Great Elevator Pitch

A strong pitch should answer three key questions: Who are you?

Brief introduction (your name, role, or expertise).

What do you do?

Explain your work, product, or skills in a way that’s easy to understand.

Why does it matter?

Highlight the impact, value, or problem you solve.

Optional: End with a call to action (e.g., “Let’s connect,” “Would you be interested in learning more?”).

3. Formula for a Strong Pitch

Try this simple template:

“Hi, I’m [Your Name], a [Your Role]. I help [Target Audience] achieve [Benefit or Solution] by [Your Unique Approach or Expertise]. I’d love to explore how we can collaborate or support your goals.”

Example

“Hi, I’m Sarah, founder of Clean Skin. We create

science-backed, natural skincare products designed to nourish and protect your skin without harsh chemicals. Our formulas are dermatologist-approved and packed with clean, effective ingredients to help people achieve healthy, radiant skin. I’d love to share how our products can transform your skincare routine!”

4. Tips for a Winning Elevator Pitch

Keep it simple & jargon-free – Make sure a non-expert can understand it.

Make it engaging – Focus on a problem and solution.

Practice & refine – Try it with different audiences, tweak as needed.

Adapt to the situation – Tailor it depending on who you’re talking to.

It might be worthwhile creating different pitches based on your audience. Are you talking to potential investors, clients or potential partners. Craft according to your audience and emphasise the points that would most resonate with that audience.

5. Your turn! - use the tips above to create your own elevator pitch.

HOW TO TAKE PROFESSIONAL HEAD SHOTS

Is the photo NOT in portrait mode or another mode that blurs the photo’s background?

Are both of your shoulders showing in the photo?

Is your camera lens clean, or is the photo “smudged”?

Are there any electrical lights turned on in the room?

Are there any shadows on your face, or is the lighting on you even/smooth?

Do you like your appearance in the photo? (Check that collar, jewellery, and hair are in place)

Is the photo taken from a flattering angle? (From eye or forehead height)

Is your head straight?

If wearing glasses, is there minimal glare on your glasses.

What to wear: Plain solid colours. Avoid prints and logos as they are distracting. Wear a Colour contrasting with the background.

Combating loneliness: A guide for older women

Loneliness is something we all experience at different times in life. However older women often face unique challenges that make them more vulnerable to social isolation. Whether it’s due to life transitions like retirement, the loss of a partner or children moving away, the feeling of being disconnected can take a toll on mental and physical health. However, there are ways to break free from loneliness and build a fulfilling, connected life.

Understanding loneliness

Loneliness isn’t just about being alone; it’s the feeling of lacking meaningful connection. Research shows that chronic loneliness can lead to serious health problems, such as depression, anxiety, cardiovascular issues and a weakened immune system. For older women, who often serve as caregivers throughout their lives, losing those roles can amplify feelings of isolation.

Why older women are at risk

1. Life transitions

Events like widowhood, retirement, or children leaving home can disrupt established routines and social circles

2. Health challenges

Mobility issues or chronic illnesses can make it harder to maintain an active social life

3. Cultural expectations

Women may hesitate to reach out, feeling they need to “tough it out” or that they shouldn’t burden others.

Practical ways to reconnect

Fortunately, loneliness isn’t a permanent state. Here are some steps you can take to rediscover connection and joy:

1. Join local groups

Community centres, libraries and senior organisations often host activities like book clubs, exercise classes or craft workshops. These provide a chance to meet like-minded people in a relaxed environment.

2. Volunteer your time

Sharing your skills and experience can be incredibly rewarding. Whether it’s mentoring young people, helping at a food bank, or participating in a local charity, volunteering is a powerful way to form new connections.

3. Stay active

Physical activity isn’t just good for your body, it’s a great way to meet others. Consider joining a walking group, yoga class or dance club tailored for older adults. Aqua aerobics can also be a good option that can provide low impact exercise.

4. Embrace technology

If getting out and about is tricky, online groups can be a wonderful alternative. Social media, forums and video calls allow you to stay in touch with loved ones or meet new friends. While it may seem daunting, learning to use technology can open up new worlds of connection. If you need help with technology, libraries and community groups often offer free classes to help you get started.

5. Adopt a pet

If you’re an animal lover, a pet can provide companionship and even encourage you to be more active by walking or playing with them. Pets

are also excellent conversation starters!

6. Reach out to old friends

Sometimes life gets busy and friendships drift. Rekindling old relationships can be as simple as a phone call or a heartfelt letter. Often, others are feeling the same way but hesitate to take the first step.

7. Try something new

Learning something new, whether it’s a language or a hobby, can introduce you to people who share your interests. Many community colleges and local groups offer classes at a reasonable cost.

Building a support network

It’s important to have people you can rely on during tough times. Building a support network might involve family, friends, neighbours, or even professionals like counsellors or support groups. Don’t hesitate to seek help if you’re struggling.

Embracing your next chapter

Loneliness doesn’t have to define this stage of life. By taking proactive steps to engage with others, you can transform feelings of isolation into a sense of purpose and connection. Life is filled with opportunities to grow, learn, and connect. It’s never too late to take that first step.

Remember, you’re not alone

If you’re struggling with loneliness, reach out. There are resources, organisations and people who care and want to help.

You can also try speaking to your doctor. If you don’t have family doctor, use the Service Finder to find one near you.

Medicare Mental Health on 1800 595 212 for advice and to get connected to local mental health services. Check the operating times.

Call Lifeline on 13 11 14 for crisis counselling, support groups and suicide prevention services.

Beyond Blue on 1300 224 636 or head to their website.

Black Dog Institute has a variety of information to help with better mental health.

If loneliness is becoming overwhelming, reaching out to even one of these groups is a great first step toward feeling more connected.

Unlocking Government Grants:

Government grants open a door of exciting possibilities for Australian entrepreneurs, not-for-profits, and businesses looking to bring their projects to life. Yet many are unsure where to find these grants or how to navigate the complex application process. The good news is that, depending on your goals, a variety of Australian government grant programs are available at the Federal, State, and Council levels to provide a targeted support.

Understanding how to approach grants effectively is essential. Here are some practical tips to increase your chances of success:

1. Read the guidelines

Each grant has unique eligibility criteria and specific activities it funds.

For example:

• Export Market Development Grant (EMDG): Helps cover costs related to promoting your products/ servicesin international market such as social media/influencers, making free samples, attending trade shows, and conducting market research.

• Research and Development(R&D)

Tax Incentive: Provides tax offsets to businesses engaging in experimental development and testing of new products, processes, or technologies. It is important to read the guidelines carefully to understand what exactly you need to address in your application. It’s about knowing the rules before you start.

2. Find the right fit Grants typically fund specific project

activities rather than general business expenses. To increase your chances of success, it’s crucial to align your project with the grant priorities and desired outcomes.

3. Create a compelling story

Show how your project benefits your industry and the Australian-wide community, not just your bottom line.

4. Careful planning and preparation

Taking the time to research the grant requirements, tailoring your application accordingly and backing up with strong evidence can significantly improve your chances.

5. Be grant-ready

New grant programs open and close throughout the year. Keeping your business plan up-to-date, tracking your achievements, and maintaining accuratefinancials will help you respond quickly when a grant opportunity appears. Additionally, having strong leadership and a capable project team in place can position your business for long-term success.

PREDICT Nov/Dec 2025

A MESSAGE FOR YOU

Hi Everyone,

Here is some psychic insight that I feel goes beyond 2025.

I recently did a guided psychic audio message, which I shared on my Instagram, and I am also guided to share it with you as part of the psychic message here.

The message is:

“I have been trying to connect to a message for all of your today, and I keep being stopped and paused. I feel I am struggling to connect to a message for you. Then I realised that is the message and the vision I am getting as a whole for everyone. Everyone at the moment is feeling the struggle.

You are unable to see what is in front of your eyes, or what is around you and what is a ahead for you. The message is…it is Okay to have the struggle as long as you keep yourself safe and away from harm. It is okay not to know. We don’t need to know everything right now. It can be exhausting. It can be stressful.

It is about trusting that there is a reason for the exhaustion, a reason for the pause. Something in the ether is shifting our energies for change.

It is about trusting in yourself.

GRANTS

Grant opportunities are out there, but they don’t wait around. With the right knowledge, expertise and a clear strategy, your business could take advantage of them.

It is about the knowing in who you are in yourself and taking the time to take care and pause and heal, and stop to allow your whole self to catch up”

To now expand on the message, writing this article for you today, I also am getting that even though the struggle has been an impactful time for all of us, it has been necessary. As we are preparing for a New Beginning.in our individual lives, a new beginning that is an important one.

My Guidance tells me that it covers all aspects of our lives, and an important focus is taking care of our health and well-being that goes beyond just taking medication. It is time to invest in ourselves and look for people and resources that can teach us new knowledge to make the health changes we need. It is a time for us to not go it alone to be well, but reach out and create a strong foundation of wellness physically, emotionally and spiritually. It seems to be the way that will support us best. It is about living new life patterns

and pivoting to work at making dreams and goals a reality.

In the relationship department, there are changes for you, and it isn’t just about the romantic relationships; it is actually more focusing on the family and friendship circle. It isn’t necessarily about ending the connection, it is more so about working towards compromising and creating the good things together and not worry about he said – she said. However, for those who are feeling that the relationship is done, it will come to an end. Just, be safe and take care.

Financially, your personal finances are increasing, and it will be at regular increments and for some unexpected bonus that may help you pay a loan or go on a holiday. This is all sounding very exciting, but my guides are also say remember to SAVE SAVE SAVE, where and when you can. Because this increase keeps getting better for long term goals.

I am wishing you well for today and into your future and as I mentioned in the

Blessings Vincenza

“A strong supporter behind the scenes”

This phrase refers to someone who works hard behind the scenes, providing essential support without seeking recognition or praise.

It highlights the value of quiet, unseen contributions that help others succeed.

The message is one of humility, dedication, and the importance of playing a supportive role.

It reminds us that not all heroes are visible, and even those who work in the background are vital to the success of a team or community.
