Duty Manager A fantastic opportunity to join our well-established team at Windermere Boutique Hotel. The role involves helping to run our small Boutique Hotel, engaging with our guests, maintaining our high levels of customer service, taking forward bookings, along with checking guests in and out. There will be light catering duties. This is a LIVE OUT position, however approximately 2 sleepovers per week will be required. You would ideally have Duty Management experience or equivalent, however for the right candidate full training will be given. Must be a fantastic problem solver with impeccable attention to detail, well organised with high standards. Excellent verbal and written English along with competent computer skills are essential. Full-time, Permanent position, £23,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience. 28 days paid holidays, Company Pension after qualifying period.
Housekeeping / General Assistant We are looking for a dedicated conscientious person to compliment our existing friendly team in our 8 bedroom boutique Hotel. The successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail and be able work on own initiative. Full or part-time, Permanent live-out position, £17,528 - £20,000 per annum (pro rata) depending on experience. 28 days paid holidays, Company pension after qualifying period, travel allowance available for out of area.
