Role Summary

Do you love order and the right things in the right place? We are looking for volunteers to help us undertake a significant archiving project to reduce the volume of paper, and arrange for important documents to be sent for secure storage.

What’s involved?

Working methodically to sort, identify and catalogue all the paper correspondence onto the next process of being digitized, refiled, sent to storage or destroyed.

This role will suit you if You will need a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a systematic way and loads of enthusiasm to get the job done. you are... By getting involved you could

help the project by transforming the files in the office. Cataloging important documents to be sent to our secure storage facility and being involved in the conservation of the National Trust. You could come across documents that range from last year to plans and letters from the 19th Century.
