Lifestyle Co-ordinator (Within Care)
South Lakeland £9.63 per Hour (including health care plan) 1 x 30 hours a week vacancy and Bank Staff to work flexibly across South Lakeland Here at Oaklea we don’t like to use the term Support Worker, we think that a better description of the work our employees do is Lifestyle Co-ordinators, assisting customers in all aspects of their lives including excellent care and support. We are looking to further increase our team in South Lakeland that supports elderly people in their own homes, enhancing their lives, assisting them with daily tasks that have become challenging, and supporting with a range of health care issues aimed at keeping people in their own homes.

We are looking for people to join our teams in Carnforth, Arnside/Milnthorpe, Kendal or Windermere/Ambleside. As we deliver care to clients in their own homes it is ESSENTIAL that you have a driving license valid for the UK and have access to a reliable car. Our shift patterns are 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 11pm, we discuss shifts with you at interview but we do require you to work a mixture of these shifts, depending on whether you are looking to work full time or part time.

We have recently increased our rates of pay to £8.50 per hour (£8.70 if you have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). We also pay travel time and mileage and provide you with great training which includes completion of the Care Certificate.
