Property Maintenance Manager

Shared ICT Support Officer Salary scale G £22,658 to £24,964 per annum, full-time, permanent Eden and South Lakeland District Councils are looking to recruit an experienced ICT Support Officer to join the Shared ICT Service. The successful candidate will be experienced in supporting and implementing Microsoft technologies and will help the team deliver a high quality, effective ICT service that is responsive to the needs of both councils.

This is a new position to aid in the management of the increasing number of lettings properties we look after for our clients. It will involve organising and overseeing a variety of maintenance jobs, ranging from leaking pipes to full kitchen refits. It will require a friendly, but professional approach to work, from a person who has excellent customer service skills. The ability to multitask in order to meet deadlines when under pressure is vital, and good understanding of all aspects of property maintenance is essential!
