Programme Administrator Due to the continued growth of our business we are searching for a Programme Administrator to provide administrative support to our Programme Management team. Producing high quality documentation, proof-reading and formatting within brand guidelines and set up of large complex client accounts. Applicants must be comfortable coordinating a wide range of requests and information simultaneously, managing and uploading data and systems, whilst working to tight deadlines and acting independently.

Regional Manager (Homecare and Community) 35 Hours Per Week £28,051.56 - £29,357.27 per annum
This is a very exciting time for Oaklea as we develop our Oaklea Homecare and Community business to people who require additional support to live independently at home. We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual to join our senior management team in Cumbria. You will be based in Kendal with the role requiring regular travel across Cumbria. Reporting to an executive team Director, you will lead, motivate and develop the Homecare and Community Team and provide excellent customer service to prospective and current customers. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing service delivery within the Health and Social Care sector or similar environment. It will be your responsibility to ensure your team is effectively managed and achieves tangible outcomes as well as achieving all quality assurance goals.
We are also seeking a Programme Manager to independently manage activities related to the end to end implementation of client solutions. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with our Client Service Team to implement and coordinate project and client management, programme administration, set up and onsite programme support. The successful candidates will have exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. An ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively and provide outstanding levels of service to both internal and external clients are essential qualities.
