Solicitor – Property and Contracts Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week), Flexi-time scheme Salary scale £34,196 to £36,937 per annum South Lakeland District Council is seeking to recruit a solicitor within the Legal Services Team, based at the Council’s head offices in Kendal. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing property advice to clients on conveyancing transactions, both freehold and leasehold of registered and unregistered land, including sales, purchases, deeds of exchange, leases, tenancy agreements, licences, easements and compulsory purchase orders. Other duties will include dealing with a range of contractual matters including providing advice and drafting.
