START RATE OF £7.50 PER HOUR WITH 20% WEEKEND ENHANCEMENT £9.00. WITH AN NVQ 2 (TRAINING PROVIDED ON SITE) CANDIDATES CAN EXPECT AN AVERAGE WEEKLY HOURLY RATE OF £7.75, AND A WEEKEND RATE OF £9.30.

Customer Services JJ Martin Catering Equipment Superstore Ltd sells and distributes over 20,000 different items of commercial catering equipment. A new customer service role has been created at the head office at Murley Moss Business Park Kendal. The successful candidate will:• Take incoming customer service calls from customers (warranty breakdowns, customer returns, problems with deliveries etc) • Liaise with all suppliers to resolve a variety of issues • Make outgoing calls to customers to ensure all issues are resolved • Support the internal sales team with order processing, stock management and following up of existing orders.
