SCHOOL SUPPORT STAFF In order to strengthen our team, we are seeking to appoint the following roles to provide specialist support for the relevant curricular area. The roles will include administration and the management of equipment and resources.

Kendal Town Council has the following vacancy

Part-Time Project Manager 15 hours per week (Permanent) Pay Range £26,293 - £30,178 pro rata (according to experience) Local Government pension scheme. We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for delivery of identified projects from Kendal Town Council and its Action Plan. This will include responsibility for development of project plans including timescales and budget, liaising and engaging with partners and external funding bodies, implementation of the project plan and delivery of the project including overseeing the work undertaken by contractors. Applicants should be a self-starter with experience of project management in a relevant sector. They should possess experience of dealing with the public and contractors, partnership working, undertake project planning and delivery, be able to prioritise workloads and be flexible.

The successful candidate will have some sports coaching qualifications and/or experience and will enjoy administration as well as being out on the sports field with students. Flexibility is key as the role will include a commitment to some weekend and later afternoon work. Starting salary - £15,207 FTE, hours per week 16 – 20 term time only (start and finish times negotiable).
