Electrical / Mechanical Fitters x 30

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, conscientious and be able to demonstrate the ability to work well as part of a team and with a high level of attention to detail. Our products vary from small power busbar tap-off boxes to 6300A package substation switchboards. The role involves working to mechanical and schematic drawings to assemble and wire all components for each product.

Mechanical Labourers x 10

This role is focused on supporting the Electrical / Mechanical fitters in preparing components for assembly. Ideal candidates must be reliable and enthusiastic. They must be able to work effectively and flexibly within a busy, dynamic working environment.

Factory Cleaners x 4

This essential role is focused on maintaining a safe and clean working environment for all employees. Ideal candidates must be reliable and enthusiastic. The ability to prioritise work tasks with minimal supervision will be desirable.

Technical Engineers x 3 Candidates must have a working knowledge of BS EN 61439 and other relevant IEC standards and experience in the technical design of switchgear including configuration and testing procedures and protection requirements. Category C Drivers x 4

The successful candidates must possess a ‘Driver CPC’ card and a minimum of a Category C driving licence.

Admin Assistants x 4

Engraver & Vinyl Graphics Operative

Candidates must have previous experience with vinyl graphics or label engraving, you will be joining a team responsible for producing all labelling and signage.

3D Mechanical Designer x 2

It is essential for the successful candidates to have experience in mechanical design and possess the ability to read schematics. They should be familiar with the use of 3D CAD software, preferably Autodesk Inventor & Vault, although software specific training will be provided for the right candidates.

TIG / MIG Welders x 4 Candidates must have previous experience of TIG / MIG welding and will be working with extruded Aluminium housings, Aluminium and Copper busbar and sheet steel products. CNC Machining Centre Operator x 2

Senior Catering Assistant Permanent Part Time – 22.5 hours per week (7.45am – 12.45pm) Term time only / Pay QKS scale B, £14,880 FTE (pro-rata £7865.36) We are looking for a professional catering assistant to join our team. Duties will include organising and supervising a successful breakfast club based in the Lower School dining area and taking charge of some lunch preparation in the Upper School kitchen under the direction of the Catering Manager. It is expected that the applicant will be able to take charge in either kitchen when required. The successful applicant will have significant experience of working in a similar setting, good organisational skills, good time management skills and a capacity for hard work. They will also possess energy, enthusiasm and imagination and have excellent communication and personal skills. A City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 qualification or equivalent is also essential for this role.
