Crew/Ticket Sales/Café Assistants/ PCV Drivers (fixed term end of March - November) The summer season operates from April until early November and there will be a range of positions available for this busy time. We’re looking for friendly and outgoing people to assist with the smooth running of our busy operation and to ensure that our visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience with us. No experience necessary - we’ll teach you what to do. Available positions include crew to work on board our vessels in coffee shops, bars and to check passenger tickets. We also require staff for ticket offices, cafés, shops, information centres and the Bowness road train including PCV licenced drivers. Up to £8.16ph based on experience and qualifications We require a competent and person centred individual to provide direct care to older adults with support needs, to undertake assessments and to devise support plans. This role will involve the deployment and supervision of staff and on call support. You will primarily be involved with rota management and allocation of work to ensure highest quality of personalised support is provided which meets individual need. Previous experience is essential and relevant qualification is highly desirable. This role will be a duel contract made up of Management Hours at 18.5 hours and Care Hours at 0hr Contract.

Up to £7.20ph based on experience We require a hard working, dedicated individual to deploy staff efficiently and effectively in our South Lakes Home Care service to meet the needs of clients in accordance with their agreed schedules of care. You will develop staff rotas which reflect the requirements and preferences of the individual and ensure that there are no mixed visits whilst working with families and partner agencies to provide a coordinated service. Relevant experience in this field is desirable.
