The work will be varied, challenging and interesting and will require a committed and enthusiastic individual who possesses an understanding of office information technology systems, high quality word processing skills and is able to work both on their own initiative and within a team environment. Assistant Property Records Officer
£16,215 to £18,638 per annum, pro rata 2 days per week – Temporary Maternity Leave position We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, well-organised individual to work as a part of a multi-skilled Technical Team. The successful candidate will need to be competent in Microsoft Office Software. Knowledge of Geographical Information Systems (Mapinfo) and an understanding of Local Land Charges would be desirable. The duties will include mapping and digitising, administration, research and completion of Search/Property requests, supporting other team members with IT matters and liaising with other Authority Departments/external bodies regarding changes to service. You will need to maintain accurate records.
