It is essential that you have at least 1 year’s experience as a reception manager, a friendly approach and a can do attitude. Knowledge of Rezlynx is an advantage but not essential. You role will involve all areas reception, sales and marketing, revenue production, maintenance, driving sales, web maintenance, stats, forecasting, packages, offers, running reception team, rota’s, holidays, development and training, appraisals, problem solving. You will be a key member of management.

We are a well established, local, independent care company providing home support to clients within their own homes and due to increasing demand for our services we are looking for friendly, reliable, trustworthy people to join our existing teams.
In return we offer meals on duty, including 28 days holiday, a uniform allowance, straight shifts and flexible working hours.
Permanent full time and part time positions are available. Hours can be flexible, although our day service starts at 7am and finishes at 11pm. We have three shift patterns running through the day and you would need to work a mixture of these shift patterns with some weekend work, alternatively you can work ‘set’ evening shifts every week.
Food and Beverage Assistant
Due to the nature of our business you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable car. We pay business mileage and provide you with a uniform and a mobile phone. Experience is not necessary as full training is provided. For further details and an application pack please call
