Reception Manager
We require a Full time, permanent, Reception Manager. 45 hours per week, Salary £20,000 per annum + Bonus, 28 days holiday. Previous experience is essential and knowledge of OPERA systems is desirable, along with similar reception management experience from within a hotel or similar establishment. Shift work is involved working 5 days over a 7 day period and this includes working a late and early shift. Some duty management shifts will also form part of your role.
Senior Chef
£6.50 per hour, 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7, 28 days holiday. We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our enthusiastic, professional kitchen brigade who produce exceptional cuisine for discerning clientele. Ideally you will be experienced and be seeking an opportunity in a bigger operation. This position involves working in 2 food outlets at Low Wood Bay resort.
