William Bornstein:

Have a plan.

GENE AND ROSE GANGAROSA believe access to safe water is a human right. An international expert on waterborne diseases, Gene is a professor emeritus at the Rollins School of Public Health. Rose has traveled with him to developing nations and seen the devastation caused by contaminated water. Determined to ease suffering, the Gangarosas are funding research. Through estate gifts, including a charitable remainder trust, the Rose Salamone Gangarosa Chair in Environmental Health will further studies in the Center for Global Safe Water. The couple also has created the Eugene J. Gangarosa Chair in Global Safe Water. “We know that our contributions represent only a few drops of water in an ocean of need,” Gene Gangarosa says. “So we look to others to help.” Learn how you can support the health sciences at Emory with a planned gift.
