voilàp group, leader in smart systems for industry and cities

welcome to voilàp

Voilàp is a multinational company that designs and creates smart systems for industry and cities, based on hardware and software elements connected to each other for data acquisition and management. World leader in the design and production of machineries for the transformation of materials used in intelligent and sustainable construction, through Internet of Things solutions it offers the know-how developed in the smart industry to reconfigure traditional businesses, such as retail, construction, DOOH ( Digital Out of Home) and logistics.

With over 2000 employees worldwide, 16 manufacturing plants in Italy and abroad, 44 commercial branches, and its headquarters in Italy, the Group recorded a consolidated revenue of 400 million euros in 2025.

the word Voilàp contains

the essence of who we are

Its correct pronunciation is [vwalap]

It was born from the merger between the French word “voilà” (vwalà), expression used to present something or to accompany the completion of an action, or to reveal a surprise, to show off (there you are!), combined with the suffix “app” (ap), which immediately recalls the digital world and the new digital language to provide simple solutions for final customer. A merge between real and virtual.

The land of origin is France, its characteristic is surprise, the one that a sensational and perfect creation can suddenly give.

A logo that is the portrait of speed: the one with which the best professionals know how to find the right solution for everyone, leaving them surprised by the result, like the artists. A frank, simple, informal logo, to speak to the digital consumer and express creativity.

Voilàp Connect is a cloud-based IoT (Internet of Things) platform which allows machines, their energy and pneumatic consumption, as well as production status to be monitored from anywhere in real time. Its control panel provides access to the machine’s data history, facilitating analysis of productivity, compliance, alarms and downtime. This enables swift measurement and enhancement of production capacity, reduction of consumption and waster as well as prediction of maintenance requirements.

elumatec was founded in 1928 in the Swabian town of Mühlacker, between Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. At first we produced sand-cast parts; woodworking machines came later. In the 60s we focused consistently on profile machining for various materials, and with great success. Our clear focus on our ultimate goal – to secure and increase our customers’ productivity – has made us a global market leader in the manufacture of machines for processing aluminium, PVC and steel profiles. Our range of over 120 products means we can meet every possible requirement, with modular machine designs allowing flexible and customised solutions for all sectors and company sizes, from craftsman’s enterprises to industrial profile machining operations.

Founded in 2001, elusoft GmbH develops software designed to increase the productivity of CNC machines. Machining procedures are optimized to reduce the number of tools required and lower manufacturing costs. The software supports operators in managing profile machining centers and enables them to fully exploit the technical capabilities of complex machines.

Emmegi is an integrated system of solutions, expertise and technology available to the customer. Emmegi’s history began in 1970 in Limidi di Soliera (Modena, Italy), where its headquarters are still located. Established by Giuseppe Caiumi, it has been representing for over 50 years a leading global company in the design, production and trade of systems for machining profiles in aluminium, light alloy, PVC and steel. Continuous innovation, top-notch quality, advanced logistical solutions, high marketing professionalism are our strengths. Today, it is a renowned partner in process consultancy.

Emmegisoft was founded in 1997 based on Emmegi’s experience and expertise in the highly diversified world of windows and doors. It is a software house dedicated to all activities, problems and dynamics of the production cycle for doors and windows, curtain walls and the industrial sector. Strengthened by their vast and consolidated knowledge of the sector, over the years Emmegisoft technicians have developed increasingly comprehensive and sophisticated software products that today cover all functional areas of the company, from sales and design to production control.

Founded in 2001, Imecon Engineering based in Fiesco (Cremona), is an Italian company leader in the production of turnkey technological solutions in the field of Digital Signage and Outdoor Advertising. Imecon has developed a unique range of products in the market for features, functionality and reliability. Excellence is achieved through the careful design of electronic and mechanical components, meticulous selection of materials, attention to detail and a production process based on the most modern technologies and methodologies of prototyping and Quality control.

Keraglass brings an all-round approach to the glass industry. The company was founded in 1996 by Stefano Spezzani and within just over 20 years had successfully established itself on the international market, becoming a world leader in the glass processing sector, specialising in the design and production of high-tech solutions for tempering, lamination and decoration on glass. Reliability, solidity, professionalism and expertise: these are the guiding values of Keraglass, together with the desire and courage to look towards the future, staying ahead of its time and anticipating the emerging needs of a constantly evolving sector. Keraglass is an active company, with high-quality products that are built on experience, innovation, technique and research.

When it comes to glass tempering, the true performance of a furnace cannot be assessed based on the initial production cycles alone. It is measured over time in terms of repeatable results and the ability to maintain quality and stability, even when operating conditions become more complex and unpredictable. MAPPI was founded on this industrial vision. For over thirty years, we have designed and manufactured flat glass tempering furnaces with one clear objective: to ensure reliable, controllable processes and consistently high quality in the long term. Every design choice, material and construction detail is engineered to minimise variability and waste, providing glass processors with a reliable production tool, cycle after cycle.

We are the engine of product innovation: we collect and aggregate data to enable advanced analysis of trends and insights through IoT and Machine Learning. In this way, we support the digital transformation of Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, Smart Retail, Automotive, and Advertising. We develop an innovation ecosystem where IoT, Machine Learning, and AI interact with the physical sensors installed on machines, bridging the gap between the digital and physical worlds. A cloud-based architecture enables data analysis and the remote management of assets, costs, and resources. Through in-depth performance analysis, we identify and resolve hidden correlations using predictive maintenance mechanisms.

Pladway has the largest programmatically bookable inventory in the Italian DOOH market and it is rapidly expanding internationally. Pladway makes your assets instantly visible to digital agency specialists and planners, enabling new revenue streams.

The someco project is born from the fusion of two consolidated experiences, that of the German team on machining centers and that of the Italian team on seamless welding and traditional welding and cleaning, which had become spontaneous to add and mix together: two teams work today in the PVC division in perfect synchrony, magnetically attracted to each other, giving life to a unique European project for the two areas of specialization and expertise put in place, which will remain as the strength of the project itself. A material, PVC, which deserves our care, attention and ability to innovate, as it gives life to a noble product that has achieved excellent results over time in terms of performance and design.
