HSM T/DRIVE

The HSM T/Drive ContourLine Premium represents outstanding welding quality and maximum flexibility in PVC window and door fabrication. The ContourLine Premium welding technology combines a turbo welding process with 27 servo drives and enables seamless welding of visible profile surfaces without any post-processing. One machine enables three welding technologies: standard, seamless and hybrid. Short setup times, quick-change systems for welding foils and inserts, as well as options such as frame combination welding and door welding in both longitudinal and transverse directions make the system highly versatile. Precise compensation of profile tolerances ensures consistent welding results and a flawless foil finish on visible surfaces. The system is also available in the Finish configuration, where no separate corner cleaning operation is required.

SRS H/RBS

The SRS H/RBS is a 3-axis robotic system for the automated drilling, positioning and screwing of corner and scissor hinges on window frames. The axis-controlled positioning of the movable head adapts precisely to the respective element geometry, while an automatic profile centering and clamping system ensures consistent and reproducible results. Touch sensing of the drill heads in the welded frame corners, combined with a screwdriver with depth control, ensures high process accuracy. Thanks to automatic infeed and outfeed as well as flexible integration options, the system can be seamlessly integrated into existing production lines, optimizing cycle times. Processing time for a single-sash frame is approx. 90 seconds.

SRS ABS

The SRS ABS is a 6-axis articulated arm robot for automated pick-and-place applications in window and profile manufacturing. With a payload of 30 kg and an operating radius of approx. 2,850 mm, the system is suitable for flexible handling and destacking processes. The robot controller with PC-based control, teach pendant and standardized Profibus / Profinet interfaces enables easy integration into existing production lines.
