The Heat Soak Test (HST) furnace is the most effective solution for preventing sudden and unexpected breakage of tempered glass caused by nickel sulfide impurities present in float glass. It is an essential tool for compliance with safety regulations related to tempered glass. The Keraglass HST furnace is certified according to DIN EN 14179-1, enabling manufacturers to market a certified product.

RCK is the Keraglass solution for automatic and deep cleaning of rollers inside the heating chamber, directly on the furnace and without the need for disassembly. The system uses interchangeable abrasive, suction, and polishing pads that operate sequentially to remove glass residues, polish the surface, and extract impurities. Thanks to the automatic pressure control system applied to the tempering furnace rollers, the operation is extremely precise and safe, with no risk of roller breakage or diameter alteration.
