Software for managing window and door sales
FP DEALER is the software designed to fully manage the sale of windows, shutters, doors, main doors and related accessories. It uses advanced price lists (matrix, square meter, linear meter or per piece) and allows each product to be configured with variations in accessories, finishes, glazing, panels and components. The quotation process is guided: users select type, dimensions, variants and quantities to generate fast, consistent offers comparable across different profile series. It integrates thermal transmittance calculations with checks related to the construction site location, supporting technically correct proposals. The price list can be distributed to the external sales network (via the VIEW software), allowing dealers to send quotations and orders directly to the company. Orders are then automatically converted into FP PRO production jobs, ready for manufacturing, including budget management, controls and sales statistics.

FP PRO
Software for windows/doors design, calculation and estimation
FP PRO is the technical and production software used to design and industrialize windows and closures made of aluminum, woodaluminum, PVC and steel. It supports the design of casement hinged, sliding systems, shutters, folding doors and monoblocks, with graphical representations of profiles, nodes and dimensioned sections. From the design, the software automatically generates the bill of materials for profiles, accessories, glazing and panels, reducing time and errors. It integrates bar optimization, including remnant management, multi-bar optimization and ideal length search to minimize waste and costs. It also includes thermal transmittance calculation and CE marking management to support regulatory compliance. Additionally, it manages material costs, labor times and overhead expenses, calculating an analytical quotation with customizable printouts. It produces work lists and outputs for cutting machines, machining centers, welding machines and cleaning machines.

Software for curtain wall design
FP FACADE is the software for designing and quoting traditional planar curtain walls, semi-structural and structural systems. It allows projects to be imported from CAD and enables guided setup of type (suspended, recessed, supported, hung) and dimensions, speeding up project start-up. Design takes place in a graphical environment where floor slabs, mullions and transoms are positioned, and profiles for each component (mullion, spacer, pressure plate, cover cap) are selected. The software integrates technical calculations such as thermal transmittance and moment of inertia, and automates critical activities such as defining joints on profiles and applying accessories to joints and floor slab connections, reducing configuration errors. To support the economic phase, it allows cost definition and generates quotations, as well as a complete bill of materials (profiles, accessories, gaskets, glass and panels) ready for purchasing and production.

Software for machining design
FP CAM-CAMPLUS is the CAM module for programming machining operations on profiles and parts. It can be configured for 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centers, including those with angular heads. It uses a DXF profile library shared with FP PRO and provides realistic graphical visualization of both the workpiece and the tool. It manages milling, drilling, tapping, countersinking, probing and cutting tools, with immediate availability of standard parametric shapes (hole, slot, pocket, etc.). Machining operations are positioned graphically by selecting reference points on the profile, with the option of defining multiple depths via tables. Cycle simulation verifies execution and detects potential collisions, reducing risks on the machine. The system generates graphical printouts of the piece with machining operations and can associate machining processes with FP PRO accessories through EASYMAC, ensuring consistency between design and production.

FP OPTI2D is the module for optimizing cutting operations on panels, sheet metal and glass, designed to reduce waste and operating time. It includes specific functions for aluminum composite panels and allows users to quickly define the parts to be optimized. It can directly use panel and glass lists generated by FP PRO, ensuring consistency between design and production, or import work lists from Excel and external calculation programs. The system manages warehouse inventory for both full sheets and remnants, maximizing reuse of available material. The output is immediate and operational: graphical visualization of optimized sheets with clear instructions on the cuts to be performed. To support decision-making, FP OPTI2D provides statistics on sheet usage, allowing measurement of yield, efficiency and material savings over time.

FP GEST is the management module designed to control the entire job order cycle, from acquisition to final costing. It allows immediate visualization of job characteristics and status, production phase planning and progress monitoring through work reports and integration with FP WORKSHOP. It also manages procurement in a structured way: generating purchase orders for raw materials, subcontracting and commercial products, while supporting order fulfillment through quantity and value verification. Multi-warehouse management enables control over stock levels, purchase batches and material commitments, with movements and accounting valuation for inventory. FP GEST includes cost accounting and industrial accounting tools by job order and cost center, providing visibility into margins and operational performance. The workflow is completed with customer and supplier document management (delivery notes and invoices) and connection to the main accounting software systems.

FP WORKSHOP is the “paperless factory” module that brings all documentation related to job orders generated by FP PRO directly to the workshop floor, allowing immediate access to drawings, sheets and operational information. In addition to job documentation, it allows consultation of company materials such as videos and manuals, centralizing work instructions. The system tracks performed activities, collects working times and progress data, and allows reporting of non-conformities, improving quality control and traceability. FP WORKSHOP also supports process compliance by guiding the compilation of the Factory Production Control (FPC) plan and documents required for CE marking. It integrates label printing for identifying finished products on site. Thanks to integration with FP GEST, it enables job progress tracking and time reporting; with FP PRO, it manages serial numbers of finished products, ensuring full end-to-end traceability.
