The DG 142 XL is the ideal machine for large series production involving 90° and 45° size cutting . The double mitre saw is supplied as standard with saw blades d=550mm, safety hoods and can be optionally supplemented with a whole range of extras, such as a label printer, a pulsed coolant system and innovative software modules. Accuracy is achieved by cutting from below for 90° saw cuts and angled cuts. Wide pivoting range of up to 45° to the left and 0° to the right. The special pivoting mechanism with integrated turn table enables working from the front at any angle setting. The back fence is adjustable to allow optimal use of the saw blade capacity for wide and flat profiles.

5-axis profile machining to meet the highest requirements, in a gantry design: the SBZ 155 profile machining centre is a new top-of-the-range elumatec model that combines previously unattained performance with a pioneering design. The faster, more compact and more flexible SBZ 155 raises the bar in automated CNC machining of aluminium and thinwalled steel profiles thanks to optional 6-sided machining, a space-saving gantry drive system and other features. Industrial and metal construction users benefit from the SBZ 155’s short tool changing times that guarantee optimum machining cycles and enormous flexibility. The large on-board magazines can be equipped with with 16 standard tools, and depending on the individual configuration, up to ten special tools (Seat for one 200mm and one 550 mm diameter saw blade, max. 4 angle heads). A gantry design and a machining area divided into two zones allow profiles with cross-sections of up to 1,000 x 370 mm to be picked up and passed through, as well as flexible working in shuttle mode. Designed for the requirements of metal construction and industrial use, the SBZ 145 with its 5 processing axes offers a processing area of 560 mm x 350 mm x 7,500 mm. Equipped with an autonomous clamping axis, a generously designed tool magazine for milling cutters, drills, thread cutters and saw blades, the SBZ 145 has numerous processing options for cutting from the profile bar with processing or optionally in pendulum operation with processing of pre-cut individual parts. SBZ125/85

SBZ 125/85 profile machining centre is supplied with an enclosed cabin machine with an 8 m working length and 5-axes that can replace two smaller machines thanks to dynamic shuttle operation. Enhancing the successful SBZ 122 range, elumatec has used customer feedback to optimise ergonomics, access and set-up times. The new model makes machining aluminium, PVC and thin-walled steel profiles even more economical and efficient. Cab machines are popular because they keep swarf contained and reduce noise, and elumatec has given the SBZ 125/85 integrated safety area monitoring with a fully programmable laser. The SBZ 125/85 is a major step forward for the elumatec range thanks to a new rotating control unit, extended functionality and new technology for faster tool changes, and more versions of the redesigned cabin machine are already in the pipeline. The SBZ 125/85 is also eluCloud ready in order to meet the requirements of Industry 4.0.

The SBZ 118, a 3-axis profile machining centre with optional 5-sided machining that’s easy to use and has a minimal footprint, expands the elumatec range of entry-level products for automated CNC machining of aluminium, PVC and thin-walled steel profiles. With its machining length of three metres, this versatile and powerful model is the most compact CNC machine in the current elumatec range. The SBZ 118 offers full functionality for milling, drilling and notching in a small space. It was developed for machining up to five sides with an optional angle head and end milling machine, depending on the individual configuration. The proven inclined bed technology and the on-board 5-fold tool changer make it easy to use. The SBZ 118 is made particularly attractive by individually configurable optional equipment, including up to two on-board angle head changers, expansion to up to six clamps, an additional length stop with overlength machining and a barcode scanner. The SBZ 628 series offers ultimate flexibility in both machining and length cutting of aluminium profiles for metal construction and industrial applications. Its production reliability, speed, cost-effectiveness and impressive versatility make the flexible profile machining centre the perfect all-rounder. It allows fully automatic machining of various profile types, such as for windows, doors and curtain walls, using up to eight routing units that can operate freely on the profile cross-section in coordination with innovations such as combination clamping systems, travelling clamps and pivoting grippers.

Equipped with up to 40 axes, the machining centre is durable and powerful thanks to its solid and robust design. It enables effortless machining of standard aluminium profiles and window and door profiles. Parallel machining steps significantly reduce production times, and the intuitive user interface makes it easy to use.

Parallel machining to accelerate production: Multiple operations can be performed at the same time on the SBZ 625/13, enabling faster results with fewer personnel. That’s because the machining station and the saw, with a maximum part length of up to 7,500 mm, have been separated.

Profile machining centre with loading and outfeed magazine. Due to its modular design, the SBZ 630 can be set up either as a dedicated automatic saw, SBZ 630/01, or as a complete profile machining centre, SBZ 630/11, depending on the requirements. When set up as a profile machining centre for aluminium, the machining tasks are carried out in one machining station with the possibility of up to 30 machining units. Cutting to length is then subsequently performed with the 7-axis sawing station.

The specially-designed counter bearing head allows pressing of frames with an inner dimension starting at 150 mm (clear dimension). The pressing depth can be set separately for each tool carriage. An adjustable pressing blade is also available to compensate for the profile chamber offset.(-5 to 15 mm as standard, 15 to 35 mm as an option).
