THE CRIMPING TOOL THAT THINKS WITH YOU
To be able to cover the large cross-sectional range of 10 to 240 mm² with just one tool, the crimping head is equipped with a patented 2-stage telescopic cylinder: The innovative system initially crimps at the maximum force of 60 kN (> 6 t), then at a lower force in the second stage. Depth and profile of the crimp automatically adapt to the processed cross-section thanks to the increments of the crimping indent.
So all small and large cross-sections are optimally crimped: Large cross-sections remain secure, smaller cross-sections are not crushed. This means for you: You only ever press one button –the Klauke EKM 60 ID does the rest.
A RELIABLE CONNECTION EVERY TIME
GUARANTEED RELIABILITY
The Klauke EKM 60 ID crimps automatically as long as the correct crimp pressure is reached. For your peace of mind, the tool emits an optical and acoustic warning signal for incorrect crimps. The integrated display shows the battery charge and service intervals.
In addition, you can create quality certificate: The data can be easily read off via Bluetooth and can be managed in the intuitive Klauke i-press® app – free-of-charge for iOS and Android!
