Travel Voucher Information FAQs for your customers
Usage Guests can use a maximum of two vouchers per person per new cruise booked. Full Value Vouchers must be redeemed in full on one new booking. Non-Refundable Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Combinability This voucher is combinable with standard market & guest loyalty offers, excluding agent exclusive offers and friends and family rates. Please confirm combinability with our reservation team at the time of booking. Transferability Vouchers can be gifted to friends or family. Please ensure they have all your details, including the unique voucher code. Lost Vouchers Vouchers are attached to your guest profile and can still be applied to a new booking if lost. New Bookings Vouchers can only be applied to new bookings, not existing ones. Currency Vouchers are sold in Euro onboard our European river cruise ships and converted to local currency at the time of booking.
