How she came to work in real estate:

Dawn started selling real estate as an agent in 1989 where at a young age she immersed herself into everything real estate, learning everything she could about representing buyers & sellers, and negotiating the sale from her peers, mentor, and manager. Selling real estate at that time gave her the flexible schedule she needed while her children were young.

Having started on her real estate journey 34 years ago as an agent, Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her current role as New England Relocation Director for Compass New England Relocation Services.

In 1999 a new opportunity arose where she was invited into the world of relocation by first overseeing the company’s license holding company, which then led into becoming the outbound coordinator, then the inbound coordinator, and eventually became the relocation director in 2010.

She has also been a LeadingRE Mentor involved with the Smart Start program and has been a frequent speaker on industry topics at various conferences. Dawn currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Relocation Directors Council (RDC) for 2023-2024 term.

Joining the Randall Family of Companies in 2017, Dawn was tasked with the challenge of developing the company’s new relocation and referral division. Dawn quickly grew the department in a few short years to become the success it is today providing assistance to corporations, relocation management companies and assist our agents in making warm introductions on behalf of their clients looking to buy or sell anywhere in the world. Relocating transferees to and from our local market is Dawn’s passion. To be able to collaborate with the entire team of lenders, movers, RMCs, and our agents to ensure a stress-free transaction for everyone is what drives Dawn to provide service that exceeds expectations. In 2021 the company was acquired by Compass and Dawn has continued to expand the relocation division across New England covering 58 offices and over 1,300 agents.
