I started Elyse Breanne Design as personal creative outlet, without a clue that it would change my life in more ways than one. EBD began on my 18th birthday as an Etsy shop offering my original paintings and grew into a stationery and lifestyle brand as I attended college, graduate school, and law school. During this time I made an intentional decision to keep creativity a central part of my life through painting and digital art. Minimums

$150 for opening and reorders. A minimum quantity of each product must be ordered

Prices

Prices listed are wholesale and are subject to change. All prices are in US dollars. Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

Orders ship from our warehouse in Durham, NC. Orders for in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Payment Terms & Billing

Payment is due upon shipment of goods. Past-due balances are subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month, and returned checks incur a $25 service fee.

Cancellations

Orders canceled after shipment are subject to freight fees.

Collection

Outstanding invoices may accrue finance, collection, court and/or attorney's fees Legal actions to collect past-due balances may be brought in North Carolina courts using North Carolina laws Accounts turned over to collections are subject to a $75 reinstatement fee.

Returns

Elyse Breanne Design must provide prior consent to accept merchandise returns or issue credits Approved product returns must be received in resalable condition We will not accept any ticketed product or product removed from its packaging Elyse Breanne Design must be notified within 10 days of receipt of any incorrectly shipped orders or defective goods A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any returned merchandise

Resale

If Elyse Breanne Design products are sold online, credit must be given to Elyse Breanne Design in the product description Retailers may not sell Elyse Breanne Design products on 3rd party platforms without obtaining prior permission

Claims

Any damage or shortage claims must be received no later than 10 days from receipt of order You must notify the carrier immediately of any loss or damage Retain all packaging materials and receiving paperwork, and submit photos to the carrier for inspection
