Ghost-Town Whittier
MICHAEL MARTINEZ/ EPM COVID-19 has brought the popular Uptown Whittier to a halt. Uptown is known for the great food and entertainment and is usually traffic heavy but on Friday April 10 it is looking like a ghost town.
