LAUNCH 2023 Over the past three years LAUNCH has delivered on its mission to become a full- fledged educational experience for over 300 juniors and seniors from five different high schools. Additionally, LAUNCH has demonstrated its value to area businesses and community organizations who are eager to invest in and develop tomorrow's workforce. LAUNCH's rapid growth has pressured the traditional approach to education and, as we look forward to LAUNCH 2023, our vision expands to impacting our region through the creation of profession-based experiences for students in southeastern Wisconsin.

By 2023, we will establish the partnerships necessary to provide 750 students with an opportunity to participate in a LAUNCH experience each year. To accomplish this objective we will develop strategic partnerships in education, business and the community to provide the people, credits, projects, and financial resources to sustain and enhance the LAUNCH experience.
