His role is multifaceted: Coaching and guiding his team, designing high-impact marketing strategies, advising clients, and forging connections that expand his network both locally and nationally. A natural dealmaker with an eye always focused on his client’s best interests, he is committed to building long-term relationships based on trust, expertise, and strategic foresight.

What sets George apart is his ability to think outside the box, his relentless work ethic, and his unmatched capacity to connect with people from all walks of life. His vast network and comfort in stepping outside his own

Manny Sarkis is the Co-Founder and COO of The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman, one of the nation’s top-producing real estate teams with more than $1B in sales. Partnering with his brother George, Manny has helped build the firm into a powerhouse, blending sharp business acumen with an unrelenting commitment to client success.

Armed with both a BBA and a Master of Science in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, Manny began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before transitioning into real estate in 2015. His numbers-driven mindset and analytical training continue to serve as the foundation of his work – whether he’s structuring deals, forecasting trends, or guiding clients through pivotal financial decisions.

As COO, Manny manages day-to-day operations, oversees finance and strategy, and maintains close contact with buyers, sellers, and longtime clients. He is also deeply invested in mentoring agents, designing growth initiatives, and cultivating partnerships that extend the team’s reach across Boston and its suburbs. Specializing in luxury condominiums, single-family homes, and new

developments, Manny combines data insights with human connection to deliver unmatched value at every stage of the process.

What sets Manny apart is his ability to translate market data into actionable strategies, his long-term focus, and his reputation as a trusted advisor. He stays ahead of trends by analyzing weekly reports, reviewing marketing strategies, and maintaining a sharp eye on Boston’s dynamic landscape. A Dedham native and current Westwood resident, Manny lives with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys traveling, working out, outdoor activities, spending time with his family, and attending Celtics’ games in his court side seats.

Chris Parnell joined The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman in June 2022 as Director of Operations, bringing nearly two decades of experience in Boston’s real estate market. A graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Business Management and Applied Economics, Chris later earned his MBA from Curry College in 2021.

Chris began his real estate career in 2004 at one of Boston’s largest independent brokerages. In 2008, he cofounded and managed a boutique luxury brokerage in Back Bay, where he spent years on the front lines of sales. With a portfolio spanning residential and luxury properties, he developed a reputation for sharp market knowledge and steady leadership. Transitioning into operations, Chris now leverages his comprehensive understanding of real estate and business strategy to build systems, streamline processes, and support the team’s agents in delivering best-in-class service.

Known for his breadth of expertise – there are few scenarios in real estate he hasn’t encountered – Chris guides pricing, market research, and operational strategy with a steady hand. His philosophy is rooted in the long-term strength of Boston real estate: historically resilient, consistently appreciating, and always offering opportunities for savvy buyers and sellers.

Originally from Boston but raised in Los Angeles, Chris returned in 2001 and now resides in Dedham with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, fishing, traveling, collecting rare bourbons and sports cards, and making the most of New England’s four seasons.

As Listing & Transactions Manager for The Sarkis Team, she plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. Megan oversees internal systems and client operations, continuously refining processes to ensure every transaction is handled with care, clarity, and efficiency.

Licensed since 2020, Megan’s passion for real estate was sparked early on by her father, a home inspector and contractor, whose projects introduced her to the nuances of property investment and home construction. Today, she channels that foundational knowledge into a proactive approach that helps clients navigate Boston’s fast-paced market with confidence — and gives her an eye for details they may not even know to ask about. Sharing insights is part of her due diligence, ensuring clients feel prepared to act when the right property comes along.

Originally from the Berkshires, Megan earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Advertising and Entrepreneurship from Quinnipiac University. After several years in South Boston, she now resides in Savin Hill. When she’s not working, you’ll find her at the beach with her dog or spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Devyn McPartlin joined The Sarkis Team in 2024 as the Executive Assistant to CEO George Sarkis and plays a vital role in both client service and company operations. Her position balances the immediate demands of the business with long-term strategic initiatives, from maintaining relationships with the team’s elite clientele to coordinating events, managing gifting programs, and cultivating partnerships that strengthen The Sarkis Team’s presence across Boston and beyond.

Devyn brings a dynamic professional background that spans entrepreneurship, concierge services, and estate management for high-net-worth individuals and families in Massachusetts, New York, and California. Prior to joining The Sarkis Team, she founded Living Room Co., a neighborhood concierge business, and worked extensively in the gig economy – experiences that sharpened her ability to anticipate client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and operate with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.

Devyn’s entrepreneurial drive, attention to detail, and natural ability to build meaningful relationships make her an invaluable asset to the team. She is known for her responsiveness, creativity, and dedication to process improvement, consistently ensuring that every interaction reflects the team’s highest standard of excellence.

Avery Elmore is the Marketing Associate for The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman, where she leads digital strategy, coordinates branding efforts, and oversees all external marketing and communications. With a background in real estate-focused marketing and a strong eye for brand storytelling, Avery plays a key role in elevating the team’s presence across channels.

After earning her BBA in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing from James Madison University, Avery spent over two years at a digital marketing agency specializing in real estate development and residential real estate. She joined The Sarkis Team full-time in 2025, following several years of collaboration with the team’s leadership.

Based in Boston, Avery manages everything from social media and email marketing to custom agent materials and brand strategy. Her approach is both creative and data-driven, aligning design with business goals to support

the team and drive growth. She stays on the pulse of local trends and takes pride in promoting the team’s work with clarity, consistency, and style.

Originally from Newburyport, Avery now lives in South Boston, where she loves the walkability and sense of community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, running, and spending time outdoors with friends and family — whether at the beach, the lake, or exploring a new destination.
