Manny Sarkis is the Co-Founder and COO of The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman, one of the nation’s top-producing real estate teams with more than $1B in sales. Partnering with his brother George, Manny has helped build the firm into a powerhouse, blending sharp business acumen with an unrelenting commitment to client success.

Armed with both a BBA and a Master of Science in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, Manny began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before transitioning into real estate in 2015. His numbers-driven mindset and analytical training continue to serve as the foundation of his work – whether he’s structuring deals, forecasting trends, or guiding clients through pivotal financial decisions.

As COO, Manny manages day-to-day operations, oversees finance and strategy, and maintains close contact with buyers, sellers, and longtime clients. He is also deeply invested in mentoring agents, designing growth initiatives, and cultivating partnerships that extend the team’s reach across Boston and its suburbs. Specializing in luxury condominiums, single-family homes, and new

developments, Manny combines data insights with human connection to deliver unmatched value at every stage of the process.

Chris Parnell joined The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman in June 2022 as Director of Operations, bringing nearly two decades of experience in Boston’s real estate market. A graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Business Management and Applied Economics, Chris later earned his MBA from Curry College in 2021.

Chris began his real estate career in 2004 at one of Boston’s largest independent brokerages. In 2008, he cofounded and managed a boutique luxury brokerage in Back Bay, where he spent years on the front lines of sales. With a portfolio spanning residential and luxury properties, he developed a reputation for sharp market knowledge and steady leadership. Transitioning into operations, Chris now leverages his comprehensive understanding of real estate and business strategy to build systems, streamline processes, and support the team’s agents in delivering best-in-class service.

Known for his breadth of expertise – there are few scenarios in real estate he hasn’t encountered – Chris guides pricing, market research, and operational strategy with a steady hand. Devyn McPartlin joined The Sarkis Team in 2024 as the Executive Assistant to CEO George Sarkis and plays a vital role in both client service and company operations. Her position balances the immediate demands of the business with long-term strategic initiatives, from maintaining relationships with the team’s elite clientele to coordinating events, managing gifting programs, and cultivating partnerships that strengthen The Sarkis Team’s presence across Boston and beyond.

Devyn brings a dynamic professional background that spans entrepreneurship, concierge services, and estate management for high-net-worth individuals and families in Massachusetts, New York, and California. Prior to joining The Sarkis Team, she founded Living Room Co., a neighborhood concierge business, and worked extensively in the gig economy – experiences that sharpened her ability to anticipate client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and operate with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.

Avery Elmore is the Marketing Associate for The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman, where she leads digital strategy, coordinates branding efforts, and oversees all external marketing and communications. With a background in real estate-focused marketing and a strong eye for brand storytelling, Avery plays a key role in elevating the team’s presence across channels.

After earning her BBA in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing from James Madison University, Avery spent over two years at a digital marketing agency specializing in real estate development and residential real estate. She joined The Sarkis Team full-time in 2025, following several years of collaboration with the team’s leadership.

Based in Boston, Avery manages everything from social media and email marketing to custom agent materials and brand strategy. Her approach is both creative and data-driven, aligning design with business goals to support
