Hippity-hoppity, Easter’s on its way! And what better way to celebrate than with an Easter egg hunt? Give the kids the chance to search for treat-filled eggs and be part of this fun spring tradition! Spring has sprung, and there’s no shortage of fun planned for Saturday, March 26, when many of the area egg hunts are planned. The Ellicottville Fire Department Easter egg hunt will be held on Saturday, March 26, starting at 1 p.m. at the village park. (In case of inclement weather, the hunt will move indoors to the fire hall. The tykes will enjoy lots of eggs and prizes for each age group. Head to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church In Ellicottville at 6 p.m. for an “egg-cellent” egg hunt, with lots of candy and prizes for multiple age groups. Sprague’s Maple Farms will be hosting its annual Easter Egg Hunt beginning at 1 p.m. sharp. There will be more than 1500 eggs to be found and special prizes awarded. Come early (starting at 9 a.m.) for breakfast with the Easter Bunny. Springville’s Easter egg hunt will be held at the Fiddlers Green Park, starting at 1 p.m., with refreshments following in the Town Hall. Olean will hold an Easter egg hunt at War Vets Park, starting at 11 a.m. Sponsored by the Olean Youth Bureau and Recreation Department, age groups are as follows: 2-3, 4-5, 6-7 and 8-9. Enjoy the final stretch of the spring break with the kiddos and watch their excitement as they find that perfect egg with a surprise inside!

Several athletes from Holiday Valley and Holimont earned an invitation to compete in the 2016 U.S. Freestyle Championship March 16-20 in Steamboat, CO, against the current US Ski Team members as well as other elite competitors from all over the country. Invited to participate in to this final competition of the season were the top 74 men and the top 61 women in the entire U.S. This competition allows the US Ski Team members to solidify their spot on the US Mogul Team “A” and “B” teams. This alone adds high stakes for the US team members. This competition also allows those who are not on the team to show that they are ready to be moved on to this elite team.

Icy Cold Fun at Pond Skimming Holiday Valley welcomed spring last weekend with its annual Pond Skimming, where competitors braved the elements and skied or boarded down the Yodeler slope into an icy cold pond, created from the snow used to make the Snowbar for Winter Carnival. As always, the event drew a crowd as they cheered on their favorites for one of the last hoorahs of spring skiing. Check out more photos from the event on page 6. Maples Road Construction to Begin Soon By Jann Wiswall
The Mansfield Board of Trustees was briefed on the status of construction plans for County Road 13 during its meeting on March 21. County Rd. 13, also known as Maples Rd., is being fully reconstructed by the Cattaraugus County Department of Public Works
from the intersection with Kent Rd to the intersection with Hollister Hill Rd. The project includes resurfacing the entire road, straightening out and widening certain sections of the roadway, replacing a bridge and more. Town Supervisor Bob Keis reported that residents in the town of Mansfield who live on
that section of Maples Road have received letters from the DPW regarding what to expect during the process. The county hopes to complete construction this year. Travelers are advised to drive carefully and watch for lane closures and traffic pattern changes. See Mansfield page 12

Every year, as part of the Recruit NY program, the Ellicottville Volunteer Fire Department hosts an open house to educate the public about firefighting and to encourage folks to volunteer. This year, the department is making the event extra special

Helping others is not a job reserved only for adults. Kids can play a huge part in the betterment of the community, and that’s just what Springville Middle School’s “Kids Can Make a Difference Project is all about. Springville’s seventh grade students are assigned their projects in the fall with very loose parameters. They are charged with finding a cause or organization that is meaningful to them and to work with it over the course of the school year. How the kids contribute to the organization and the project is left up to them. Zach Hughey, 13, is one such student who has used his project as an opportunity to make an impact in his local community by raising money for his 6th grade ELA teacher, Cindy Johnson, who is currently battling cancer. “Zach’s aunt, Elisa Hughey (from Ellicottville) is struggling with cancer, so with her in mind, Zach selected Cancer Treatment Centers of America to research for his 7th grade project,” explained Zach’s mom, Kristin. “When it came
ECS BUDGET A Look at What’s Planned for 2016-17 By Mark J. Ward, Superintendent
(Reprinted from the ECS Newsletter with permission) As we enter the budget phase it is once again time to make plans for a new year! We are looking to expand of curriculum offerings, plan to add additional software and purchase a large number of computers for student use. Technology: With the significant role that technology plays in our lives and in the operation of the school it is an ongoing part of the budget process each year. We are planning to purchase another onsite server to store information that is routinely backed up. We also plan to purchase roughly 120 new Dell laptops to replace computers in the library and will be distributed to all 8th and 9th graders. This will mean that all students in grades 8-12 will have their own laptop computer. This technology will be purchased through BOCES in the form of an Installment Purchase Agreement (IPA) that allows us to buy items up front while paying for them over a period of time. Teaching and Instruction: We are in the process of expanding our course offerings for the upcoming year. I am pleased to let you know that Mrs. Melissa Reedy, high
school math teacher, is being approved to teach a Jamestown Community College course in Pre-Calculus. Currently, we offer JCC Calculus and JCC Statistics but this will be a great addition to our curriculum and provide students with another way to acquire college credit in high school. Mr. Dave McCann and Mr. Chris Keenan, high school social studies teachers, will be attending summer training at Syracuse University to become qualified to offer ECN 203 Economic Ideas and Issues through the Syracuse University Project Advance (SUPA). While the District was approved last year to participate these will be the first teachers certified to offer the class. Software: We are planning to replace iReady with Success Maker which is a program that we had used before in the District. It helps with reinforcement of skills, AIS instruction and is often used during Homework Club. It allows us to track and monitor student progress and success. The District is looking to purchase Schoology, a learning management system used by thousands of colleges and high schools across the country. It is a place to get assignments, leave assignments and share information. It not only can be used by classroom teachers,
but advisors and coaches as well to relay information. By using a learning management system we will better prepare our students for the programs they will encounter on the next step in their educational journey. We are making plans to add “OverDrive” to our library services in an effort to provide faculty, students and staff access to electronic books. This service will also give us access to a unique collection of books held by the CA BOCES School Libraries System. Athletics: We will be putting the finishing touches on the new softball field once the spring weather arrives. The mild winter allowed the grass to get a good start and we hope to have it ready for use in the summer. Some additional drainage and grading will still be needed. With three levels of baseball and softball teams this spring we will be “challenged” to find places to practice and fields to play on. We hope that in the future we will be able to work with the Village of Ellicottville to develop more fields in the Village Park and improve what is there for student use. We plan to complete the work on the “bank” overlooking the football field. Some fill was placed there in the fall and we plan to reduce the slope grade and seed over the summer.

time to consider a fundraiser that focused on helping those with cancer, he thought this school project should help someone at school.” Zach thought of Mrs. Johnson. “He knew his classmates worried about Mrs. Johnson’s health just like he worries about his aunt,” Kristin said. Zach decided he wanted to hold a fundraiser for some much-needed funds to go toward the much-needed treatments and travel expenses associated with Johnson’s care. “I remembered visiting SkyZone over Christmas break and another school was doing a fundraiser there, and it looked like a cool idea,” Zach explained. SkyZone is an indoor trampoline park near the Buffalo airport. “I emailed SkyZone to find out how to do it,” he said. “Then I made some flyers and wrote announcements to let everyone know. We needed to get at least 50 people to make money.” (Once a minimum of 50 people were reached, SkyZone donated a percentage of the proceeds to Zach’s cause.) “Once he had the idea, SkyZone was very easy to work with. Zach got approval from the principal to make and hang flyers and wrote morning announcements to advertise the event,” Kristin said. “The school exploded with excitement over the idea, and several teachers jumped in to help take things to the next level. District buses were made available to transport students who needed it. Teachers volunteered to draft permission
slips, collect waivers and take care of other logistics. It was amazing to see everyone come together to help.” The original date of the event was the Springville district’s only snow day of the year, but it was quickly rescheduled for an evening in March. “There were 98 kids who came on the buses, and lots more came with their families,” Zach explained. “We raised $1,011!” Zach noted that afterwards, he “felt good about helping Mrs. Johnson.” His mom added that the fundraiser) “was a huge success! Not because it raised money, but because it let Mrs. Johnson know how much she is cared for by her school, and because it gave these young students an opportunity to contribute and feel a little less helpless.” When asked what advice he would give to other kids who want to make a difference in the world, Zach advised: “Start by picking a cause you’re interested in or have strong feelings about. Research information and find out more about it.” He added that, “It is important to show kids how good it feels to help people.” On Sunday, April 24, there will be another benefit for Cindy Johnson at Springville Fire Hall from 3-7 p.m. Tickets (available at the door) are $20; children 12 and under are free. GV Cell Tower Vote Delayed Again By Colleen Mahoney
The Great Valley Planning Board meeting scheduled for March 23 was cancelled at the request of Horvath Communications. Horvath has an application in front of the board for a cell phone tower. According to town engineer Aaron Tiller, the company’s application is missing a letter from the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation
and Historic Preservation stating there would be no environmental impact. The board had anticipated voting on the tower at the March 23 special meeting after tabling the vote on March 9 due to the missing paperwork. Since the March 9 meeting, Horvath discovered that they had neglected to request a review of the current proposed location by the OPRHP,
which was moved to satisfy an adjacent property owner’s concerns. They only had a letter for the original proposed location. Tiller said they have submitted a new request and are awaiting approval. The Ellicottville Times will update readers on the issue as soon as more information is available.

They held a Wine and Cheese Event with a Silent Auction at the Wingate on March 12. There were numerous donations and plenty of door prizes for participants. The Lions were very grateful to all of the donors in Franklinville and Ellicottville for their contributions. Many attended which made their first time event very successful. The Lions are a community-centered organization with clubs all over the world. Their main focus is to help people with sight related causes, but assist in all needed areas. Ford. “This expansion brings us current with all of Ford’s metro showrooms, making Springville a destination for Western New York.” The $2 million expansion added more than 4,000 square feet to the building’s footprint. “We have a new vehicle receiving/pick up area in the showroom, which will allow customers to be out of the elements while getting acquainted with the features of their new Ford vehicle,” explained Emerling. “There is so much technology in the new vehicles, and it takes longer to show customers all the bells and whistles, and being inside a climate controlled area allows us to take our time with that process.” Other highlights include a larger and expanded service department that, Emerling said, “is now a part of the whole building, being closer to our customers, instead of out back in a separate building.” In addition, Emerling noted that there is a new customer waiting area (for service), a new client lounge area with a fireplace and an expanded retail parts department. Now, the dealership is on to the second phase of the project, which, according to Emerling, includes things like “the exterior finishes, such as a parking lot in the front of the new showroom, moving the existing Ford sign, and installing new signage.” The building will also have new landscaping. US Junior Nationals Seven FLITE Team Athletes qualiďŹ ed for US Junior Nationals held in Sun Valley, ID over March 7-13. In Big Air: Alliy Hansen and Evan Dermott. Aerials: Evan Dermott and Michael Kennedy Moguls: Elissa Cole, Lexi Crotty, Marissa Vasatka and Bubba Antkiewicz. (Alliy Hansen did not compete.) Elissa Cole and Bubba Antkiewicz also qualiďŹ ed for Dual Moguls. This competition ďŹ eld consisted of the top athletes in their respective discipline from across the US, under the age of 18. The Aerial and Mogul venues were side by side on Roundhouse, which saw its share of great athletes over the course of the week. A ďŹ eld of 76 Male, and 64 Female athletes competed in Moguls, and 44 Males and 20 Females in Aerials in variable weather conditions. These athletes trained in fog, snow, rain, sleet, ice pellets and blowing winds. Most afternoons were greeted with brilliant blue skies and sun, to which Sun Valley gets its name from. Men’s Moguls was held on Thursday, March 10, where Bubba Antkiewicz qualiďŹ ed for ďŹ nals ďŹ nishing in the top 20 in qualiďŹ ers. Bubba ended the day 16th in his ďŹ rst Junior Nationals appearance. Ladies moguls saw all three FLITE Team Female advance to ďŹ nals after skiing some great qualifying runs. Marissa Vasatka lead the ladies of FLITE in 9th overall, 3rd in her age, followed by Lexi Crotty in 13th and Elissa Cole in 19th. This is their second Junior Nationals appearance, improving from their results in 2015 handily. In aerials, ďŹ rst time Junior National competitors Evan Dermott and Michael Kennedy both ďŹ nished the day 4th in their age, Evan 10th Overall, and Michael 12th. Evan ended his Junior National experience with a 3rd place in his age in Big Air, overall. Elissa Cole and Bubba Antkiewicz had a ďŹ nal performance in Dual Moguls. Elissa Cole advanced through the round of 64, through 32 and lost in the round of 16. The skier who beat Elissa went on to win the Dual Moguls Competition. Bubba was successful in his ďŹ rst dual in the round of 64, however, lost his second dual in the round of 32. US Nationals Three FLITE Team Athletes qualiďŹ ed for US Nationals held in Steamboat Springs, CO, held March 15-20. Bubba Antkiewicz, Elissa Cole and Lexi Crotty competed in their ďŹ rst US Nationals in Single and Dual Moguls. The competition ďŹ eld consisted of athletes from the US Ski Team, as well as some of the elite athletes from their regions. Each athlete gets scored by a panel of judges who rate the athlete’s performance in Turns and Lines, Tricks on
two jumps, as well as speed. Nationals at Steamboat Springs started with Men’s Moguls QualiďŹ ers on Thursday, March 17, where a ďŹ eld of 74 male athletes made their way down Voodoo to compete for the top spot on the podium. From that ďŹ eld, the Top 16 advanced to the Finals. FLITE Team’s Bubba Antkiewicz had a great run that landed him in 31st place. Bubba came in ranked 54th in the US, improving on that ranking with his 31st place ďŹ nish. Friday saw the ladies take their turn at conquering Voodoo, as their ďŹ eld of 61 put their best ski forward until the Top 16 advanced to ďŹ nals. FLITE Team’s Lexi Crotty ďŹ nished 33rd and Elissa Cole 39th. Elissa and Lexi came in as the 59th and 60th qualiďŹ ers respectively; each made their way to a much better seating with Lexi improving 27 spots, and Elissa 20. Sunday, March 20 saw the exciting action of Dual Moguls hitting Voodoo. The same ďŹ eld of athletes hit the course skiing head to head to very exciting ďŹ nishes. The ďŹ rst dual in the round of 64 athletes saw Lexi Crotty (60th) against a 30th ranked skier from Vail. A very exciting ďŹ nish, where Crotty’s opponent crashed and crossed into her line; nearly crashing into her, saw Lexi advance to the round of 32 skiers. Elissa (59th) competed against the 19th ranked skier from Vail, put up a great dual, but in the end fell short to advance. Bubba Antkiewicz ran into a mogul upon landing his top air in his dual matchup, and that ended his dual in his Nationals Dual debut. Other season highlights: Eastern Freestyle ECS Champs On Feb. 13-14, the Mogul A Team went to Sugarloaf, ME for Eastern Freestyle ECS A Champs. FLITE Team Members Bubba Antkiewicz, Elissa Cole, Lexi Crotty, Lucas Goodin, Parker Johnston and Marissa Vasatka competed in the bitter cold mountain at Sugarloaf Maine. Singles moguls made for an extremely cold day, where temps were consistently below zero and wind chills well into the negative teens. For females, Elissa Cole lead the charge, ďŹ nishing in 3rd Place, followed by Lexi Crotty in 8th and Marissa Vasatka in 14th. The males were lead by Parker Johnston in 17th, followed by Lucas Goodin in 31st and Bubba Antkiewicz in 46th. Duals was postponed to the following week in Waterville Valley, New Hampshire due to the extreme cold on Sunday morning. None of the athletes made the trip back to NH, instead they stayed back to support their fellow B Skiers in NY/PA Champs. Eastern Freestyle EQS NY/PA Champs On the weekend of Feb. 2021, HoliMont hosted the NY/ PA Championship. This Eastern Freestyle Championship Event featured the Top B Skiers from New York and Pennsylvania in Aerials, Moguls and Slopestyle. The following FLITE Team

OBITUARIES Ann B. Eysaman 1925-2016 Ann B. Eysaman, 90, of Ellicottville, passed away Thursday (March 17, 2016) at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville. She was born Sept. 30, 1925, in Ellicottville, a daughter of the late Albert and Margaret Duhan Nannen. On Aug. 30, 1945, she married Milton F. Eysaman, who predeceased her on Oct. 10, 1997. Mrs. Eysaman was
a member of Holy Name of Mary Roman Catholic Church in Ellicottville and its Altar and Rosary Society. She is survived by a son, Joseph (Debra) Eysaman of Little Valley; two daughters, Margaret (Robert) O’Brien and Kathleen (Robert) Brogcinski, both of Ellicottville; and seven grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. Also surviving are special friends, Charlie,
Sharon, Bill and Shannon Coolidge; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by a son, Daniel Eysaman; a grandson, Michael Eysaman; a brother, Vincent Nannen; and two sisters, Genevieve Mack and Mary Williams. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery in Ellicottville.
Loyal R. Provorse Sr. 1927-2016 Loyal R. Provorse Sr., 88, of Route 98, Great Valley, died early Saturday morning (March 12, 2016) following a sudden illness. Born on May 8, 1927, in Franklinville, he was a son of the late Chester and Cora Coolidge Provorse. He was married Sept. 30, 1946, in Franklinville to the former Margaret Miller, who predeceased him in 2009. Mr. Provorse was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Pacific Theater during World War II. He had been employed in the construction industry all his life, working for JD Northrup Construction Inc. in Ellicottville, Krause Construction in Great Valley and Portal Construction in Elma.
Mr. Provorse was a former member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Ellicottville and was a life member of American Legion Post 659 in Ellicottville. He was a loving father who enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be remembered for riding his lawnmower and taking care of his home and yard. He loved the summer outdoor family parties and keeping the neighborhood informed. Surviving are two daughters, Sandra Conaway of Salamanca and Susan (Bill) Rickert of Little Valley; three sons, Donald “Porky” (Debbie) Provorse of Great Valley, Loyal “Peewee” (Peggy) Provorse Jr. of Salamanca and Bryant (Becky) Green of Allegany; and a brother, Roy (Pat) Provorse of Mississippi.
He was predeceased by a son, Thomas Provorse; and a brother, Robert Provorse. A memorial visitation was held March 19, 2016 at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, Salamanca. Memorial services were held with the Rev. Dan Buringrud, pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Ellicottville, officiating. Full military honors were conducted by members of American Legion Post 659. Burial were in Green Cemetery, Great Valley. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to an organization that Loyal helped for many years, the Shriners Club, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.

The Explorer Post was established last year in part to address the severe shortage
of fire department volunteers, especially younger volunteers who can take the place of those who will be retiring in the next few years. 2016 RACE RESULTS
U14 Alpine Season Comes to an End By Caitlin Croft
A group of Holiday Valley’s and HoliMont’s best athletes headed to Sunday River Resort in Maine last week for the U14 Eastern Championships. The race is the stiffest competition our Ellicottville athletes will see on the east coast with racers from throughout New York, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. The event took place over four days – a training day, followed by three race days. Day 2 - Slalom Women: Cassidy Creager of Holiday Valley took 36th, Lauren Thomas (HV) took 40th, Sierra Cappelli (HV) was 44th and Hayly Fredrickson (HV) took 47th. Men: Holiday Valley’s Laz Rifkin was the lone male survivor from Ellicottville and finished 35th in his race. Day 3 - Giant Slalom Women: Lauren Thomas took 24th, Logan Fredrickson was 40th, Cassidy Creager was 42nd, Hayly Fredrickson was 47th, Sierra Cappelli was 48th and Caroline DeRose was 54th. Men: Lucas Johnson, the only HoliMont athlete at the event, finished 31st. He was closely followed by Lax Rifkin in 35th, Alexander Wojnowski
in 36th and Dalton Potter in 39th. Day 4 - Super G Women: Caroline DeRose had a breakout performance as a first year U14 cracking the top 20 with an 18th place finish. Hayly Fredrickson took 26th followed by Logan Fredrickson at 29th, Lauren Thomas at 30th, Cassidy Creager at 38th and Sierra Cappelli at 56th. These athletes showed they can hang with the big dogs in the speed
events! Congratulations! Men: Alec Nolan finished his first race of the series with a phenomenal 20th place! Alex Wojnowski finished 29th, Cameron Johnson was 39th, Dalton Potter was 41st and Laz Rifkin came in 42nd. Congratulations to all athletes that went as far as they could go this season and to all other competitors who had a successful season, as well. Finger Lakes Trail Hikes Heading Thru Cattco Registration Deadline March 28 Each year, the Finger Lakes Trail Conference (FLTC) cooperates with affiliate organizations to sponsor a CrossCounty Hike Series. This year the series will feature the scenic lands at the western terminus of the FLT in Cattaraugus County. Those of us living in this part of the state realize that none of the elevations that we enjoy in our travels qualify as “mountains.” However, as part of this year’s series, as the trail passes into the Allegheny plateau, we will encounter a total ascent of over 10,000 feet. To put this in perspective, our highest NYS peak (Mt. Marcy) has an elevation of 5,344 feet. Of course we will be hiking the 96-miles of the series over a course of eight hikes taking place over six weekends from April to September. We have lots of new options this year including Two-Hike Weekends, Half-Hikes, Marathon Hikes, and Cross-Cattaraugus Shirts. The $50 member registration fee covers transportation by bus that will shuttle hikers from their cars to the beginning of each hike. The fee also includes a completion patch, certificate and supplies for the sag wagons. Register online or call (585) 658-9320. Registration will top off at 150 and closes March 28.
George Farm Animals Available for Foster The SPCA in Cattaraugus County is now taking applications for the fostering of all the animals on the farm of Bonnie and Donald George on Elton Road in Farmersville. The nine stallions have been surrendered to the SPCA and over 400 fowl will be moved to the Farm Sanctuary in Watkins Glen, NY and Carolina Fowl Rescue. The balance of the animals on the farm will be available for adoption, which may turn into permanent ownership in the future. It’s very important for the SPCA to find suitable people as soon as possible. We can then turn our attention to the multiple cruelty charges that have be placed against the Georges. The SPCA will push to make sure the Georges are both on the new Cattaraugus County Animal Cruelty Registry, which was recently passed by the Legislature. This will insure that the Georges cannot have animals in Cattaraugus County for 10 years. It also makes it illegal for anyone from Cattaraugus to provide animals to the Georges for 10 years. Had this new law been enacted when the Georges were last convicted of animal cruelty, we would not be in the situation we are in now, as the Georges would not have been able to legally own animals in Cattaraugus County. The SPCA in Cattaraugus County is still in need of food for all the different types of animals, as well as cash donations to offset the costs of enforcing Animal Cruelty Laws in Cattaraugus County, including, but not limited to, veterinary bills, any special foods, needed maintenance work on all the animals, and all other costs related to these cruelty cases. HV Golf Update
According to HV Marketing Director Jane Eshbaugh, “There is a good possibility that the Double Diamond Golf Course front nine holes could be open Friday, April 1, 2016. There is a lot of preparation still to be done, and we don’t know what the weather is going to do over the next week. The practice range has been open since March 11.”

The white of the winter season is fading and the Green Season has started to come into its own. With it, thoughts have started to turn to the first weekend in July. From July 1 to 3, Holiday Valley will once again be the venue for national-act concerts for the Ellicottville Summer Music Festival. “The Summer Music Festival is such a great way to kick off the summer with great music on the open stage. It’s a chance to relax and enjoy the summer evenings along with good food and good friends,” says Dennis Eshbaugh, president of Holiday Valley Resort. A full menu will be served by the skilled staff of Holiday Valley’s food service department. The Mardi Gras lift will also be in operation for those who want to get a breathtaking view of the valley that we call home. At 7 p.m., the first concert of the weekend gets started. The opener is yet to be determined but to follow that act, Rusted Root will be taking the stage. Known for blending acoustic rock sounds with percussion of world beats to make for one of the most unique sounds in the music industry today, Rusted Root draws from African, Latin and even Native American beats, the band mixes spiritual themes from various faiths. Saturday night, as some of the bestknown heroes and villains run throughout the village and resort, the Buffalo Philharmonic will be playing their music, culminating in a patriotic display of fireworks choreographed to the music of the Orchestra. The performance starts at 8 p.m. On Sunday, after more than three decades together, 38 Special will be live and on stage. Known for such hits as “Hold On Loosely,” “Second Chance,” “Caught Up in You,” and “Back Where You Belong.” Before 38 Special takes the stage, Buffalo’s own Caitlin Koch makes a return to the Summer Music Stage. Koch, now a Nashville recording artist, was featured on Simon Cowell’s production “The X Factor USA” on Fox network in 2011.
