Danika Loucks is valedictorian of Bolivar-Richburg; Starlyn Kisel is salutatorian dependability, service, leadership and patriotism. A three-sport varsity athlete, Loucks has competed in volleyball, indoor track and field and softball. She has also served as a student Board of Education member, class treasurer, NHS vice president and student council member. Outside of school, she has participated in competition dance and club volleyball and remains active in her community through volunteering. In the fall, she plans to attend SUNY Cortland to major in speech and hearing sciences. She has been awarded the Presidential Merit Scholarship.
BOLIVAR — Bolivar-Richburg Central School announced that Danika Loucks is the valedictorian of the Class of 2026, while Starlyn Kisel is the salutatorian. Loucks, daughter of Tina and Ryan Loucks, will graduate with a cumulative GPA of 98.11%. Throughout her high school career, she has maintained high honor roll while enrolled in college-level courses and received the Superintendent’s Scholar Award each year. She is a member of the National Honor Society and was recently honored with the Daughters of the American Revolution Award for her
Kisel, daughter of Mercy and Robert Kisel, will graduate with a cumulative GPA of 97.9%. Beyond academics, Kisel has been deeply involved in music, playing lead roles in several school musicals and participating in All-County music festivals. She has also competed on the varsity tennis and indoor track and field teams, participated in Odyssey of the Mind and served as secretary

Storm causes flooding, damage in northern Allegany County
