In 2022, all Ebby Halliday Companies agents who close three more listings than they closed last year are eligible for the company to pay their annual association dues.
Transactions must close in the calendar year
Agents eligible for the reward will pay their dues and submit the receipt to their office for reimbursement
New agents with zero closed transactions in the prior year are still eligible if they close three or more listings in the current year
Experienced agents who join the company will be eligible for the award in the year following their joining.
Teams and Groups are eligible. For every three closed listings over the total number of closed listings in the prior year by the Team/Group, the Team/Group leader will receive one reward to distribute
Example:
1 A team of 4 closes 40 units in 2021
2. Once the team has achieved 43closed units in 2022, the team will receive 1 award
3 Once the team has achieved 46 closed units, the team will receive an additional award.
4 This will continue for every 3 additional units, until each team member has received an award.
5 The award of this incentive will be at the discretion of the team leader

In order to make your move as seamless as possible, we have prepared a list of important items to consider prior to notifying your current brokerage
Export contacts from your current business email
Export your current business calendar or look through your calendar and copy upcoming tasks, reminders or appointments to a personal calendar.
Forward any emails from your current business email to a personal email address that you would like to keep for future reference
If you have a personal website offered through your brokerage, copy any custom content to a document on your personal computer.
If you have testimonials displayed on your current broker’s website, copy those to a document on your personal computer
Locate your most current headshot in a JPG or PNG file format along with your written bio and save those files somewhere you can easily locate them later on your personal computer.
If you use your current business email as a login or password recovery email address for TREC, NTREIS, ZipForm, Skyslope, Dotloop, Facebook, or any other business or personal accounts, you should update those to a personal email address
If you use a document storage program like Dotloop or Skyslope through your current broker, download/export any documents that you may need for future reference
If you have current listings or buyers that need to be transferred, speak with your Sales Leader to determine the next steps and time frame for: Documents clients will need to resign or any new documents they will have to sign that are specific to the Ebby Halliday Companies.
