Also, using a retargeting service we will automatically create digital ads that will blast your listings on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) and targets consumers who are actively searching for homes. And just like Amazon follows you around with that pair of shoes you were looking at, consumers will be followed with your listings.
We run social media ads with a link that requires the interested party to sign in to view the home. We also use forced registration on custom websites that we advertise on multiple platforms. This allows our agents to follow up directly with them leading to higher lead conversion ratios.
