Donna, our head creative, brings over 30 years of expertise in graphic design and marketing. She thrives on helping new clients refine their style, with a special passion for designing logos that clients instantly love. Based in the heart of downtown Kansas City, Donna’s energy is contagious, whether she’s talking about her work, her daughter, or her many travel adventures.
Ava is your go-to gal for all things real estate marketing! With four years of experience under her belt, she’s a pro at helping marketing materials stand out. Based in the Kansas City metro, Ava serves clients nationwide while enjoying life with her husband and their spunky Dachshund, Lottie—who definitely runs the show!

Rob began in real estate in 1995, with early success that earned several awards such as: Rookie of the Year, Rising star and #1 Sales units closed and member of the Million Dollar Club. He realized due to the rapid growth he needed to form a team that would help him serve his client’s needs
The team started with a full time office manager and three real estate agents and now has full staff and over 230+ agents in 8 different real estate markets.
The very first agent to join is still active on the team We have some very high-producing agents who have continued to stay on the team for 11+ years because of the team culture and the support the staff and Rob offers.

Another reason agents stay is due to how Rob has set up the team Agents have the benefits of his extensive branding and marketing budget but our Marketing Department can also help you establish your own 'brand' identity within the team.
In addition to your RET Manager you would alsohave a direct point of contact to the Director of Expansion who will be working to understand your marketing and making sure you have what you need.
