When we poured the first batch of Ella B. Candles in 2011, we named each scent after a neighborhood in our hometown, Charlotte, NC. As we grew beyond city limits, we invited retailers across the country to create their own Neighborhood collections.

You're welcome to add Definition products to your Opening Order, but keep in mind that, even if you order multiple designs, Definition will only count as 1 of the 6 candles required to start your collection (and you must order a minimum of 2 OG casepacks).

As an active Neighborhood retailer, you'll get access to your own dedicated online ordering Portal This gives you 24/7 access to your personalized product catalogue and order history, as well as the ability to place re-orders and create new products with just a couple of clicks!
WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK
Supporting small businesses is a big deal to us. That's why we don't sell online. Instead, our website's Store Finder tool directs business straight back to you! We also territory protect (so as long as you're an active retail partner, you don't need to worry about us selling to the store next door!)
KEEP THE FIRE BURNING
We've used the term active retail partner a few times now. What does that mean, exactly? Let's break it down: first, to qualify as a Neighborhood wholesale customer, applicant must be a licensed reseller with a permanent brick-and-mortar storefront that is open to the public year-round (eligibility subject to territory review).
Multi-location retailers must submit all intended selling locations for pre-approval, and will be required to place a separate Opening Order for each location.
Neighborhood retail partners retain active status with a minimum annual spend of $2,400 per location. Perks (like Portal access and territory protection) are reserved for active partners.

If you're relocating to a new retail space, planning a pop-up, or opening any additional locations, keep us in the loop! All intended selling locations must be pre-approved by Ella B. Candles
DOLLARS & SCENTS
All orders are subject to approval by Ella B. Candles and must be pre-paid with a major credit card or ACH. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. All Ella B. Candles products must be sold at or above the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP), with the exception of promotional discounts or end-ofseason clearance. Products purchased at wholesale cannot be gifted or given away.
