High heat ELIX ABS HH 3110 Product Grade/Solution ELIX ABS HH 3110
Description ELIX ABS HH 3110 was developed as one of the high heat generation ELIX ABS products for the automotive industry. This new innovative range of high heat ELIX ABS grades, free of α–Methylstyrene (AMS), combines very low emissions and high flowability, offering well-balanced mechanical properties, low emission/odour, high heat resistance and excellent processability and paintability.
Other similar grades
ELIX ABS HH 3110 was designed to cover those applications where very high thermal resistance (Vicat B120=110 °C) is required.
The ELIX HH ABS family is completed by the ELIX ABS HH 3105, with a Vicat hardness of B120=105 °C, and ELIX ABS HH 3114, with a Vicat hardness of B120=114 °C. The selection of the most appropriate material will depend on the specific OEM technical requirements.
