We see sustainability as a commitment we make today with an eye to the future.
We drive the transformation of our industry in the belief that we can only move forward if we do so in a way that is responsible for people, planet and society.
Moving towards a responsible and circular future
Our Sustainability Strategy charts the course of our initiatives, driving a positive impact at all levels of the communities where we are present: from the origin of raw materials to the end consumer, with an integrated ESG vision throughout the entire value chain.
Our contribution, structured into four strategic lines and six programmes, seeks to:

By 2030, 25 % of ELIX Polymers’ product portfolio will be circular and bio-based solutions*.

Net-zero emissions by 2050.
2025-2028 Objectives
• By 2030*, reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions in line with SBTi requirements.
• By 2030*, reduce Scope 3 emissions in line with SBTi requirements.
• By 2030*, reduce water consumption per metric ton of ABS produced.
• Strengthen ELIX Polymers' climate resilience across its operations and supply chain.
• Prevent pellet loss to the environment.
• Enhance the ESG performance of ELIX Polymers’ critical suppliers.
* The year 2020 is considered the base year.

Each of the multidisciplinary teams will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of their programmes and will have as support of two cross-cutting programmes (strategic enablers) related to the communication of the entire sustainability strategy and reporting.
