Images • Format: .jpeg; • Resolution: 72 dpi; • Image size: 1000 pixels wide; • File size should not exceed 1 MB; • All images should be numbered and include the artist’s name; Each email must not exceed 8MB.
• Image file names must reflect the following format: Artist/GalleryName_Title_Year.jpg DEPOSIT A GBP £ 100 refundable deposit is required and no applications will be processed without a deposit.

Proposed artworks Please use this form to list all of the proposed art works to be displayed in your room. Each proposed art work listed must be accompanied by an image of the piece in a JPG formatted file. Please name submitted images in the following manner: ArtistName_Title_Year.jpg . You can submit your images and caption information in a ZIP file via Dropbox. Deposit Requirements
Please fill in below Please submit a refundable deposit of GBP £ 100 with this application for an exhibition space within Artrooms Fair Ltd. No applications will be accepted without a deposit. If accepted, your deposit will be applied towards your exhibition space fee. BACS PAYMENTS: For banking instructions, please contact Artrooms Fair ltd at art@art-rooms.org. Please include a GBP £15 wire transfer fee and any bank charges that Artrooms Fair Ltd may incur from exhibitor’s bank (International payments only) Please include your name and ARTROOMS 2015 to ensure proper credit. Artrooms Fair Ltd will not be responsible to cover bank fees from exhibitor’s banking institution. Please review your fee schedule with your bank before wiring your deposit. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS: Artrooms Fair Ltd accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. A 3% fee will be added to your payment if payment with a credit card. No space will be reserved without receipt by Artrooms Fair Ltd of the required deposit.
