Our wheels are divided into two main material categories: rubber and polyurethane.
We also distinguish between standard wheels and specialized wheels.
While our standard wheels are versatile and perform well in most conditions, the specialized wheels are designed for specific uses.
Both categories are available for classic and skating and come in a variety of speed and rolling resistance.
MATERIAL.
High-quality rubber has been at the core of Swenor’s production from the very beginning. Our finely tuned, custom-developed compounds deliver a range of wheels with varying hardness and rolling resistance while ensuring durability, excellent grip, and long-lasting performance.
Polyurethane is used in our high-speed wheels for its unique combination of low rolling resistance, light weight, and high durability. Its dimensional stability ensures smooth, controlled contact with the surface.
SPEED & ROLLING RESISTANCE.
Swenor wheels are available in speed levels from 1 to 4, ranging from low to high rolling resistance.
#1 – Fast: rolls easily and allows for high speed.
#2 – Medium: balanced speed and control.
#3 – Slow: increased resistance for more effort.
#4 – Very slow: maximum resistance.
These levels apply to our standard wheels. Additional options are available in our specialty range.

These skate wheels are specially designed to provide enhanced grip in wet and slipperyconditionsofamoreextremenature.
Swenorʼs original rubber wheels perform very well on typical wet surfaces, such as those caused by rain or dew. However, when conditions become more demanding, thespecializedwet-weatherwheelscanbeabeneficialalternative.
Such conditions often occur in the transition between autumn and winter with prolongedrainfall,surfacesthatdryslowly,andslipperypatchesoffallenleaves.

Keep your rollerskis clean and dry.
To ensure lasting performance, rollerskis should be kept clean and dry, and stored indoors at room temperature between sessions. We recommend rinsing them after use and letting them dry in a warm room – ideally on a floor with underfloor heating.
Keep the ferrules sharp.
To maintain maximum efficiency, the ferrules should be kept sharp. A diamond file can effectively sharpen the ferrules and help preserve performance over time.
Inspect and tighten screws.
Regularly check that all screws and nuts are properly tightened in order to maintain optimal function.
