Elgin City offer a warm welcome to home and away supporters, and all visitors to Borough Briggs Stadium. The north-east of Scotland is an area rich in football history and Elgin City are deeply rooted within this culture.

Elgin is ideally placed to explore the Moray coast, including traditional fishing villages, sandy beaches and the world-famous Speyside Whisky Trail. The following pages provide all the information that you may need to plan your visit for our home fixture versus Fraserburgh on Tuesday 8th September 2026. There will be only one cash gate operationg for this fixture. It is recommended that you purchase your ticket online in advance.

This fixture is nonsegregated and therefore ALL supporters should enter the stadium from the turnstiles located adjacent to Borough Brigg Road at the Gleaner Arena (East) end of the stadium.

Turnstiles will open at 6.30pm and will remain open until 8:00pm

Any supporters who have accessible needs, require a wheelchair space, or a seat requiring minimal steps should contact vicky@elgincityfc.co.uk during office hours to make the necessary arrangements.

There are no booking fees online, making it the simplest and cheapest way to get tickets for all home games. It is recommended that you purchase your ticket online in advance.

DIRECTIONS & TRAVEL HOW TO FIND BOROUGH BRIGGS STADIUM SCAN ME FOR DIRECTIONS ON GOOGLE MAPS

BY ROAD & RAIL FROM THE SOUTH Head north on the A95 through Speyside before continuing on the A941 at Craigellachie. At Rothes roundabout continue uphill on the A941 for approx. 10 miles before entering New Elgin. Continue along New Elgin Road across the roundabout before turning left onto Station Road. Continue onto Hay Street before taking the second exit on the Ladyhill Roundabout, then right at the Tesco roundabout. Carry on along the A96 taking the first exit on the left at the Bishopmill roundabout. Lossie Green car park is approx 400 yards along on the left. FROM THE NORTH Coming from Inverness on the A96 passing through Nairn and Forres continue along West Road before turning left on to the High Street before taking the first exit on the Ladyhill Roundabout, then right at the Tesco roundabout. Carry on along the A96 taking the first exit on the left at the Bishopmill roundabout. Lossie Green car park is approx. 400 yards along on the left. FROM THE EAST Coming from Banff or Aberdeen join the A96 (signposted Elgin) at Fochabers. Continue past the villages of Mosstodloch and Lhanbryde before entering Elgin on East Road. Continue straight on through a series of roundabouts before taking the 3rd exit at Greyfriars roundabout until taking the second exit on the right at the Bishopmill roundabout. Lossie Green car park is approx. 400 yards along on the left. CAR PARKING Public pay and display parking (£2 for all day Saturday) is available at Lossie Green Car Park (349 Spaces) which is

150 yards from Borough Briggs. Follow Sat Nav IV30 1RJ. TRAIN Trains run from Inverness and Aberdeen. For further information call National Rail Enquiries on 03457 484 950. Please visit the ScotRail website at www.scotrail.co.uk to check service provision and to plan your journey ahead of time.

BUS There are a number of local and

national bus services to Elgin. To get a bus from Aberdeen Station to Elgin bus station take either a No. 35 coastal route), or the M96 Citylink bus which stops at Elgin enroute to Inverness. The M96 also operates from Inverness to Aberdeen. The stadium is a short 5-minute walk from the Elgin bus station (behind the Tesco supermarket). BEFORE THE GAME THINGS TO DO AROUND BOROUGH BRIGGS STADIUM OUTSIDE THE STADIUM Borough Briggs is located next to a number of parks and leisure areas which means that there are ample areas for visiting fans to stretch their legs and enjoy the amenities before the match. To the west of the ground beyond the Moray Leisure Centre is Morriston Playing Fields which hosts athletics, rugby and there is an elevated pathway which skirts around Borough Briggs back round to the Lossie Green Car Park. To the north of the stadium, you will find Cooper Park complete with pond, pleasure park and acres of space to stroll.

LEISURE The Moray Leisure Centre provides an opportunity to more than just stretch your legs with ample parking, swimming pool, gym, ice rink, and a coffee shop all under one roof.

Just a short walk into the town centre will give you a range of restaurants and coffee shops including The Granary, and the Muckle Cross (JD Wetherspoons). If your preference is of the liquid variety then you don’t have to walk far to find Dicey’s, and The White Horse Inn, to name but two. If you would prefer some retail therapy prior to kick-off then the High Street hosts a wide range of shops including Boots, Poundland, The Card Factory, and Specsavers along with numerous local traders. On the 3rd Saturday of every month a Farmers’ Market is held on the Plainstones in the centre of the High Street where you can purchase a wide range of local produce.

VISITING SUPPORTERS’ BAR Subject to safety restrictions, all fans are welcome to enjoy our licenced facilities in either the Sports Bar or the Red Door Lounge at the stadium. Fans should check the Elgin City social media platforms prior to arriving to confirm if access is permitted as it may not always be possible due to restrictions. CLUB SHOP The Elgin City FC official club shop is located within the main reception with a range of replica shirts and club souvenirs. CASH MACHINES The nearest cash machine is a 5minute walk away from the stadium at the Tesco supermarket which backs on to Borough Briggs Road. SAFETY NOTICES There are notices located throughout the stadium(inside and outside) listing items which are not permitted in the stadium. Please take 5 minutes to read these as it is an offence to have any of these items in your possession inside the stadium. If you are uncertain as to what is permitted, please ask a member of our stewarding staff for advice.

INSIDE BOROUGH BRIGGS OUR FACILITIES

NO SMOKING POLICY We have a no smoking policy within enclosed spaces which includes the Main Stand and the Covered Terracing. Fans smoking or using e-cigarettes in these areas will be asked to leave and will not be allowed to reenter the stadium once they leave. Whilst smoking is permitted in open spaces, please be mindful of other fans who are attending the match. STADIUM CATERING Once the turnstiles are open, food and drink is available from the pie hut(s). Please take the time to place your litter in the bins located throughout the stadium. PROGRAMMES Match programmes will be available to purchase at most fixtures. In most circumstances a digital version will also be available online. STEWARDS If you have any questions or require assistance when you are inside the stadium, speak with a steward who will be happy to help you. We will also have a Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO), and a Child Protection Officer (CPO) working within the stadium. Their role is to offer extra support to ensure everybody can access and enjoy the game. Should you require their assistance, ask a steward to contact them.

ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOR Elgin City Football Club have a zero-tolerance policy on anti-social behaviour. If you see, hear, or are the victim of discrimination or antisocial behaviour, you can report it to a steward or an official of the club. Please report any instances of: • • • • • • • • •

Discriminatory Abuse Foul or Abusive Language Use of Pyros and throwing of objects Pitch Incursions Drug Use Stadium Damage Vaping or Smoking within enclosed spaces Violence Safeguarding Matters – this includes violence or abuse against Women & Girls.
