VERIFIED COMPLAINT
PURSUANT TO WIS. STAT. § 5.05(2m)
In the Matter of: RYAN CHRISTOPHER SENDELBACH (WisVote Voter Registration Numbers 701729934 and 701836482) I. Introduction
1. Complainant, on personal knowledge as to the matters identified below and on information and belief as to all other matters, submits this Verified Complaint to the Wisconsin Elections Commission (the "Commission") under Wis. Stat. § 5.05(2m), Wis. Stat. § 12.13, and Wis. Admin. Code ch. EL 20.
2. Complainant alleges that Ryan Christopher Sendelbach, a Wisconsin elector, has been continuously and simultaneously registered to vote at TWO different residential
addresses in TWO different municipalities of Dane County, Wisconsin, under TWO different WisVote voter registration numbers, both reflected as ACTIVE / Registered in
the Commission's statewide voter list, since on or about August 22, 2022 — a period of
approximately three years and eight months as of the date of this Complaint, encompassing not fewer than eleven (11) Wisconsin elections.
3. The conduct alleged is a prima facie violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(1)(c) (intentional
registration in more than one place for the same election), a Class I felony under Wis. Stat. § 12.60(1)(a). A contingent violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(1)(b) (false statement in
procuring registration) is also implicated and is presented for the Commission's investigation.
4. Complainant does NOT allege, and the records produced by the Commission's own Badger Voter portal do not affirmatively support, a violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(1)(e) (voting
more than once in the same election). The Commission's data shows a single-ballot-per-
