In 2017 a-n awarded AltMFA an Artist-Led Group Bursary helping us to think and navigate our way through these uncertain political, cultural, social and environmental times – allowing us to expand our learning, get more people involved and collectively embark on research and practice themed around The Future. We were able to invite artists, theorists and thinkers to share their learning with us and members of the public, and AltMFA members took the opportunity to creatively respond to the talks and workshops in the series.
These Zines are the culmination of that project, being launched at Guest Projects on 8 March 2018.
This is a collective mash-up of all our responses.
A full-length online/print-on-demand zine of our individual responses is available on Issuu, as is an abridged, pod edition, and a compact (A5) edition has been printed for distribution at Guest Projects.
