El Collell is a private, gated sports complex in Catalonia: your players sleep, eat, train and play inside one single venue with three floodlit pitches that split into six 7-a-side pitches, so an entire academy can train at the same time, on grass nobody else is using.
And a team behind the scenes that has hosted young athletes for over 25 years. One venue. Zero logistics. All football.
