http://alwafd.org وفد "مصر للطٌران" ٌصل "سٌاتل" الستالم الطائرة الجدٌدة كتب -عبدالخالق خلٌفة وأمانً سالمة وصل وفد "مصر للطٌران" مساء أمس الثالثاء إلى مدٌنة سٌاتل األمرٌكٌة الستالم الطائرة الثانٌة لمصر للطٌران فً صفقة التسع طائرات الجدٌدة. وغادر ،أمس الثالثاء ،على رحلة مصر للطٌران رقم 985المتجهة من مطار القاهرة الدولى إلى نٌوٌورك ،وفد الشركة الوطنٌة "مصر للطٌران" متج ًها إلى مقر مصنع شركة بوٌنج العالمٌة فى مدٌنة سٌاتل بالوالٌات المتحدة األمرٌكٌة، حٌث مقر مصنع رٌنتون المتخصص فى إنتاج طرازى "بوٌنج 737ماكس"، و" "B737-800NGمن الجٌل الجدٌد الستالم الطائرة الثانٌة من صفقة الطائرات الجدٌدة التى تعاقدت علٌها الشركة من طراز بوٌنج B737-800 NGs. من المقرر أن ٌقوم الوفد ،الذى ٌضم تخصصات فنٌة عدة ،بعمل المراجعات النهائٌة والرحلة التجرٌبٌة على الطائرة ،وإنهاء إجراءات استالمها ،لتقلع الطائرة بعد أٌام وعلى متنها أعضاء الوفد ،من مطار مصنع رٌنتون فى "سٌاتل" ،لتنضم ألسطول "مصر للطٌران" وتصبح الطائرة رقم 62ضمن قوائم التشغٌل الفعلى فى األسطول ،بعد تنفٌذ خطة إحالل وتجدٌد وخروج عدد من الطرازت من الخدمة ،لٌصبح متوسط عمر األسطول الذى ٌبلغ عمره 6سنوات تقرٌ ًبا ،من أحدث أساطٌل شركات الطٌران فى المنطقة. رواجا ومبٌ ًعا فى كما تعد هذه الطائرة رقم 22من هذا الطراز ،الذى ٌعد األكثر ً عائلة "بوٌنج "737من الجٌل الجدٌد ،إذ ٌعد هذا الطراز االختٌار األول لكبرٌات شركات الطٌران العالمٌة ،التى تستعٌن به ،لقدرته على الوصول إلى جمٌع النقاط فى عدٌد من األسواق حول العالم ،من خالل تشغٌله على خطوط متوسطة المدى، لما ٌتمٌز به هذا الطراز من قلة استهالكه للوقود.

أكدت طٌران اإلمارات أن سالمة العمالء دائما ً على رأس سلم أولوٌاتها ،فٌما ترسً الناقلة معاٌٌر راقٌة للعناٌة الصحٌة فً األجواء .وتشغل طٌران اإلمارات ،أكبر ناقلة جوٌة فً العالم من حٌث حركة المسافرٌن الدولٌٌن ،أكثر من 3500رحلة جوٌة أسبوعٌاً ،وفاق عدد رحالتها 194ألفا ً خالل عام ،2016تم تحوٌل ما زاد على 60منها نتٌجة لحاالت طبٌة طارئة. وتتراوح تكلفة تحوٌل الرحلة الواحدة بٌن 600 - 50ألف دوالر ،وذلك حسب طبٌعة التحوٌل التً تشمل رسوم الوقود وتموٌن الطائرة ،والهبوط والمناولة األرضٌة ،وتكلفة خدمات المالحة الجوٌة ،وتكالٌف تعدٌل حجوزات الركاب لمواصلة سفرهم ،وغٌرها من التكالٌف األخرى المتعلقة بالعناٌة بأفراد الطاقم والركاب. وقال عادل الرضا ،النائب التنفٌذي لرئٌس طٌران اإلمارات والرئٌس التنفٌذي للعملٌات« :تحتل سالمة العمالء دائما ً على رأس سلم أولوٌاتنا ،وال ننظر إلى التكالٌف المترتبة على تحوٌل الرحالت .ونظراً لعدم وجود أنظمة دولٌة خاصة بذلك ،فإن لكل ناقلة جوٌة أسلوبها الخاص فً التعامل مع الحاالت الطبٌة الطارئة فً األجواء .وتضع طٌران اإلمارات سالمة ركابها فً المرتبة األولى فً كل ما نقوم به .وفً حال مواجهة حالة طبٌة طارئة على متن الطائرة، لدى أفراد طاقمنا القدرة على التعامل بحرفٌة مع أي حالة طارئة بفضل تدرٌبهم وإعدادهم الجٌد ،وتوفر المعدات الالزمة التً تتٌح لهم إجراء ما ٌلزم دائما ً وتقدٌم أفضل عناٌة بالركاب المتأثرٌن».

بارٌس نبوز -أعلنت مصادر مالحٌة بمطار القاهرة الدولً ،أن سلطات المطار تلقت 10إخطارات من شركات الطٌران بإلغاء إقالع 10رحالت دولٌة لعدم جدواها اقتصادٌا لقلة الركاب. وأضافت المصادر أن سلطات المطار تلقت 3إخطارات من شركة النٌل للطٌران بإلغاء رحلتها 111المتجهة إلى الطائف ،و 113، 103المتجهة إلى ٌنبع ،كما أرسلت إٌر كاٌرو إخطارا بإلغاء رحلتها 443المتجهة إلى الهفوف لعدم جدواها اقتصادٌا لقلة الركاب. وأشارت المصادر إلى أن الشركة المصرٌة العالمٌة أرسلت 6إخطارات بإلغاء رحلتها 486المتجهة إلى القصٌم ،و 104المتجهة إلى الطائف ،و930 المتجهة إلى بٌرجامو ،و 905المتجهة إلى جدة ،و 106و 112المتجهة إلى ٌنبع لعدم جدواها اقتصادٌا. وأوضحت المصادر أنه تم التنسٌق بٌن سلطات المطار وشركات الطٌران لسفر الركاب على متن رحالت طٌران دولٌة أخرى.

"طٌران النواب" تراجع التشرٌعات للنهوض بمنظومة السٌاحة األسبوع المقبل
كتب :هبة أمٌن أشادت النائبة سحر طلعت مصطفى ،رئٌس لجنة السٌاحة والطٌران المدنً بمجلس النواب ،بالقضاٌا التى تناولها الرئٌس عبدالفتاح السٌسً فً أول اجتماع ٌعقده المجلس األعلى للسٌاحة. وقالت فً بٌان ،إن التوجٌه بمراجعة التشرٌعات المنظمة للسٌاحة ودراسة تحدٌثها بما ٌتفق مع التطورات العالمٌة ،واالنتهاء من ذلك بحلول منتصف العام الجاري. وأضافت أن لجنة السٌاحة بالبرلمان تابعت نتائج االجتماع ،وأن الرئٌس السٌسً ألقى بحجر فً المٌاه الراكدة ،كبداٌة لعالج المشكالت واألزمات التً واجهت قطاع السٌاحة خالل السنوات الماضٌة ،من خالل تنفٌذ التوجٌهات التً أصدرها الرئٌس. وأكدت أن لجنة السٌاحة والطٌران المدنً بمجلس النواب ،ستبدأ األسبوع المقبل، دراسة ما ٌتعلق بالتشرٌعات المنظمة لقطاع السٌاحة ووضع خطة للتروٌج للسٌاحة المصرٌة. وطالبت "سحر" حكومة المهندس شرٌف إسماعٌل ،باإلسراع والبدء الفوري فً تنفٌذ تكلٌفات الرئٌس السٌسً الصادرة عن هذا االجتماع.

إقالع أطول رحلة طٌران فً العالم من نٌوزٌالندا كتب :محمد حلٌم أقلعت الطائرة رقم 921والتابعة للخطوط الجوٌة القطرٌة ،الٌوم الثالثاء، من مطار أوكالند فً نٌوزٌالندا باتجاهالعاصمة القطرٌة الدوحة ،والتً ستخوض أطول رحلة طٌران فً العالم.
وقالت صحٌفة «جٌروزالٌم بوست» اإلسرائٌلٌة إن الرحلة ستصل مدتها إلى 17 ساعة و 30دقٌقة حٌث من المنتظر أن تصل الدوحة فً تمام العاشرة بالتوقٌت المحلً للمدٌنة أو «السابعة مسا ًءا بتوقٌت جرٌنتش». وأضافت الصحٌفة إن الطائرة من طراز «بوٌنج »777وستخوض مسافة 14.534كٌلو متر وهى رحلة تجارٌة فً المقام االول ولكنها ستفتح الطرٌق أمام طائرات نقل الركاب فٌما بعد خاصة وأن أول طائرة ركاب من نٌوزٌالنداإلى الشرق األوسط تم إطالقها فً مارس من العام الماضً واتجهت إلى دبً ،وكانت أطول رحلة طٌران فً العالم قد انطلقت من الهند إلى سان فرانسٌسكو بالوالٌات المتحدة واستغرقت 14ساعة و 30دقٌقة.

EgyptAir adds new next-generation Boeing to its fleet EgyptAir, the country's national carrier, is set to receive on Tuesday a new Boeing passenger jet, the second in a 2016 deal to deliver nine of the aerospace company's nextgeneration aircrafts. An EgyptAir team has departed for the US city of Seattle to receive the B737-800 aircraft, state news agency MENA reported on Monday. The plane will become the 62nd aircraft in the company's upgraded fleet. The new jet is part of a USD 864 million deal EgyptAir signed with Boeing in July 2016 to purchase nine of the nextgeneration series planes. Egypt has already received one of the jets. The EgyptAir team will conduct final inspections of the aircraft and make a test flight before departing from Renton Municipal Airport in Seattle within days, MENA added. The national carrier is currently carrying out a renovation plan of its fleet, now six years old and one of the most modern in the region. The Boeing Next-Generation 737 is known for its fuel efficiency and lower maintenance and operating costs.

Airlines have refused a government proposal to divert flights to northern Kaduna city and bus passengers the 250 kilometers (155 miles) south to Abuja — a three-and-a-half-hour ride on a road notorious for accidents, hijackings and kidnappings. That proposal "would impact on aircraft availability and connectivity for our passengers," SAA spokesman Tlali Tlali said. Officials say the runway of Abuja's Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport is in shocking disrepair and that attempts to fix it piecemeal since its lifespan ended 14 years ago have failed. An SAA plane was damaged on landing there in August. Nigerian officials have said it would be impossible to carry out the repairs at night to help minimize the massive disruption to government business and the country's ailing economy. British Airways, KLM, Air France and Lufthansa also have temporarily canceled flights to Abuja during the repairs. Flights to Lagos, Nigeria's commercial hub, continue. The Abuja airport is Nigeria's second busiest international airport, with about a half-million international passengers passing through in the second half of 2015, according to government data. Nigeria's government had promised to provide security on the highway from Kaduna to Abuja and to upgrade facilities at Kaduna's airport. Three months ago, that airport did not have computers, with airline officers issuing handwritten boarding cards. Lack of maintenance affects infrastructure across Nigeria, despite its status as one of Africa's largest economies. The Abuja runway is "a metaphor for a peculiar dementia which makes a nation sit idly by and watch herself rot away," said a recent editorial in the Nigerian Guardian newspaper.

The issue came to light last week after a series of articles have appeared online, including on a website called African Intelligence claiming Afriqiyah would be flying to Malta from Misurata and Labraq. PLANit Travel Services, a travel agency based in Gzira, announced it was accepting bookings for twice weekly flights to Misurata and twice weekly flights to Labraq in eastern Libya. In each cases, return flights to Malta are advertised for the same days. The flights are listed as ‗charters‘ but are actually scheduled to run up to at least 26 March. MaltaToday has confirmed that Malta-based (and registered) Medavia will be operating the flights, using its own aircraft, disproving the reports on African Intelligence. The company already operates three round trips per week to Mitiga Airport in Tripoli. Ivan Refalo, Head of Corporate Communications at Medavia, told MaltaToday that the company had been requested to operate flights by a Maltese travel agent (PLANit). ―We do not have any interline agreements with any other party,‖ he said. ―We are planning to operate these flights as requested by the Maltese travel agent with our own fleet.‖ Refalo said that the two routes were not new to Medavia. ―We have already operated charter flights both to Misurata and Labraq in the past for different clients,‖ he said. to extract people if need be.

2 Libyan airlines cannot operate in Europe under current EU restrictions, due to concerns regarding regulatory oversight. Sources have told us that Libyan carriers are frustrated due to the ban and are reluctant to accept EU regulatory requirements. Reports like those that appeared on the African Intelligence portal could be an attempt to put pressure on EU authorities to lift the ban. Afriqiyah Airways, which operated the aircraft that was hijacked to and diverted to Malta on 23 December 2016, had already tried to circumvent the regulations by opening a company in Malta it registered as PanAfriqiyah. MaltaToday has learned that the application was not accepted because the company did not satisfy various criteria. A spokesman for Afriqiyah confirmed that the four new weekly flights were not Afriqiyah flights. A phone call to PLANit confirmed this as well. Medavia owns and operates two Beechcraft 1900D, one Dash 8 100 and two Dash 8‘s 300, but since the Beechcraft are small executive planes, the Dash aircraft that will be used on these routes, as they are for the Mitiga route. The flights still do not appear on Malta International Airport‘s table of scheduled flights, but according to PLANit, the flights to Misurata will be at 9am on Sundays – starting today – and at 2.30pm on Wednesdays. The flights to Labraq are scheduled to leave Malta at 10am on Thursdays and 1.30pm on Tuesdays. As is the practice in the aviation industry, any airline starting a new route to Malta would need to carry out detailed risk assessments to determine if the security setup at the airports involved is up to required standards. 3 MaltaToday contacted Transport Malta to verify if it had received the risk assessment reports for the two new destinations, but our calls and emails were unanswered by the time we went to print. Refalo however insisted that all security risk assessments had been carried out. ―We can confirm that risk assessments for both airports are carried out regularly,‖ he said. ―This is a process that needs to be carried out before each and every flight.‖ Security is the major concern being raised by sources in the industry. Other concerns were on the control of visas being issued for Libyan citizens to travel to Malta. Italy and Greece have both completely banned flights to and from Libya for security reasons. Malta and other states, on the other hand, allows flights under very strict conditions. Although passenger movements are low, there are regular cargo flights that operate in and out of Libyan airports and a regular flow of business jets that fly in and out of Libya. Misurata and Labraq are two cities located very close to areas controlled by Islamist militias or where Islamist groups are prevalent. Misurata lies to the west of the country, between Tripoli and Sirte, in an area known to be home to Libya Dawn, a grouping of pro-Islamist militias that in summer 2014 attacked Tripoli International Airport and went on to seize large parts of the capital. The militia alliance can be viewed as the ―armed forces‖ of the General National Congress (GNC), the former parliament which has been reconvened in Tripoli.

4 Labraq lies between Benghazi and Tobruk, in areas controlled by the Libyan National Army and Khalifah Haftar. But Al-Qaeda‘s Libyan affiliate, Ansar al-Sharia, is very prominent in eastern Libya. In Benghazi, its militants have been present since the overthrow of Gaddafi in 2011 and have been continuously battling the LNA. The militia has been accused of involvement in the attack on the US consulate in September 2012 in which Ambassador Chris Stevens was killed and is listed by the United States as a terrorist organisation. US President Donald Trump is planning to meet with a number of US airline CEOs Feb. 9, the White House confirmed Tuesday. Which CEOs will attend the meeting is not clear, but during a press briefing Feb. 7, White House press secretary Sean Spicer said in response to a journalist‘s question that the president would want to talk ―about economic growth and job creation, how he‘s enacting orders to make sure the country‘s safe.‖ Spicer was asked specifically about Trump‘s view on Norwegian Air International (NAI) obtaining a foreign carrier permit under the Obama administration under the US-European Union Open Skies agreement despite protests from some US majors and union groups. Spicer responded, ―My understanding, if I‘m correct, is there is a deal which they‘re [NAI] having 50% of the crews and the pilots are American based, they‘re flying Boeing planes. There‘s a huge economic interest that America has in that deal right now. I don‘t want to get ahead of the President on that, but just to be clear, you‘re talking about US jobs both in terms of the people who are serving those planes and the person who‘s building those planes, that‘s a very big difference.‖
